Once we worked the bugs out and trying to get it to configure with our DVD player everything works well.he played on it for at least and hour figuring out which symbols match up the symoblos on the screen. This took a little while to figure his little mind out.But once he started to play with it for awhile he finally go the hang of it. You don't have to be mechanically inclined just follow the steps to what they tell you and go from there. If that does not work call the "tech support" we did and BAMM...the damn thing works great..!!!Then we had a daughter she started to play it a couple of months after she turned [...]. Now she wants to play interact Tv when my son plays after his "gamecube"..(little adverstising here) on the tv so she doesn't feel left out. Either me or my wife or even my [...] son will sit down with her aqnd play it with her. This sysytem is a blast for kids to learn hand-eye coordinations and interactions with the hands,very ingenius for a system to run of dvd player as a remote plus the games you can buy. Just wish they could make more than 10(I think) games for it.

We got this for him and taught him how to use the buttons, joystick and he enjoys playing. Its a simple game, and even he (not seeing) does fairly good at it. This is a great boost for him. There are fighting levels, motorcycle riding levels, and megazord levels.

As a result, she is really spoiled and will typically discard her old toys for the latest present. Not so with the Leappad. She loves it! It really is neat. The books that come with it are great -- one asks you questions, like your name, favorite food, favorite color, etc.; you talk into the microphone; and then it uses your responses throughout the story. The other book is about a frog (the Leapfrog?) and it has a story and games -- like rhyming games -- and helps out with your letters (something she is very into right now). She also has a PowerTouch system, and while she will tote that out from time to time to play a song from Blues Clues or Elmo, she never had much interest. I have a feeling this is something that she's not going to lose interest in or outgrow too quickly. A steal for $20!

It's really cute and does make him feel as though he's a race car driver, but it really is just driving. There's no education to it at all (kinda wish it would make them add or guess colors or something to get to drive around the course, lol). We've had many people stop and ask about this wheel as it's so unique. It's a big hit at the doctors office. :)All in all, I'd say it's a nice lil toy for a toddler into racing.

We had the Smart Cycle for a month before getting this additional software and I can't say enough GOOD about it. The games are varied and quite educational, and it adds so much to an already-pretty-good toy. The Smart Cycle's original software is still fun, and they like the games that came with the Cycle, but these are so much MORE fun that we could probably do without the others entirely.
This is very math-oriented and great for my little vehicle lovers. There's a monster-truck type game where they jump over cars (very easy for little ones) and a road-builder game with earthquakes and giant robots that my older one (who is technically too old for the bike) absolutely adores. I don't know how Diego or Elmo (etc.) are, but this one is fantastic. FIVE stars, easily.

(More customer reviews)The bike itself is durable and strong. There is little resistance in the peddles so it's almost impossible to peddle it very fast. Runs on 4-D size batteries when it really should be plugged into the wall.
The learning game that comes in the box is copyright 2006 so it looks like someone just repackaged some old programming. It's pretty low performance, low rez graphics, freezes up, and is a bit difficult to navigate.
I'm tempted to purchase some of the other games for it to see if they are any better but I'm not sure if I want to put any more money into it.
I'm a little disappointed in Fisher-Price, I expect better from them.

(More customer reviews)I bought this disk for my son, and he was bored with it the first night. It does not have the educational value of the original Leo disk you get with the computer. I was disappointed that the science center was choosing a seasonal outfit for Emily Elizabeth. Four three piece outfits later, and you've seen all there is to see. The art center was the same basic thing as you get with Leo, only with different stamps and backrounds. Music was pretty much the same too. I was really dissapointed. I got it at Walmart for 18.99. Definitely would not pay that much again.
