Whats wrong with me? Im sick!?

pI had this stomach bug, I thought for two weeks. At the end I started getting really achey and weak. Its been almost two weeks now of achey all over and weak and lightheaded too. I went to the hospital last tuesday, because i could barely stand and they did blood tests and chest xray and a catscan and they found no heart or lung problems and said to just treat the syptoms. I have to add i have fibromyalgia too, have had it for 5 yrs. It feels like a bad flare up , but the dizziness is not part of a flare. Including the bug, I have been sick for about 24 days! I went to my dr about a two weeks ago, she said i should be ok in a week. Now shes on vacation and the hospital says there is nothing they can do for me. I just wish i knew what was going on. Im very achey and weak for two weeks now and im not getting any better! any sugguestionsThank you.p
