Have you ever bought some thing that you regretted almost
instantly? It does not feel good. Usually with a little extra
research these types of situations can be avoided all together. My
goal was to give you, the end user the info that comes only from
owning several trucks. I found that a lot of the information that
was out there about "Spray On" bed liners to be quite exaggerated.
I have owned two trucks with spray on bed liners and I vowed never
to own one again. That prompted me to find another type of bed
liner for my truck. That is when I found the best bed liner that I
have ever owned, it is called a Dual Liner Bed Liner. It is the
only bed liner that combines the best attributes from two different
types of bed liners, eliminating any and all drawbacks they had on
their own. You could call it the only "Hybrid" bed liner. It uses
all the advances in manufacturing to produce exact fit polyethylene
panels that follow the precise contour of your trucks box. Dual
Liner's state of the art Zero Skid Bed Mat fits into a channel
built into the bottom of the sidewalls, in order to keep itself in
place. The bottom side of the mat has hundreds of rubber cleats
built into it to keep the mat from laying flat on the trucks
finish. These cleats also help to provide a passage way for water
to drain out of the factory designated drain holes. The Beauty of
the Dual Liner is it ability to not cause any damage or chaffing to
the trucks finish like previous "Drop In" bed liners.

I would assume that the thickness of a bed liner would have a
direct effect on it's strength, or lack there of. I would also
think that the materials that the bed liner is made of also has a
dramatic effect on it strength as well. In doing research for this
topic we found some pretty substantial claims that were entirely
false, most of which were claims by franchise owners/workers. Some
of these claims were saying that there specific brand was twice as
strong as the competitor, double the thickness, and that there was
no possibility of the thickness to vary. All of these were quickly
dispelled when you compared the fact sheets provided by the
individual Chemical Company. Some of the Chemical Companies even
warned against applying there product to thick as this could
increase the possibility of pealing and cracking. Another item that
was mentioned was the fact that if the chemicals were put on too
thick the individual layers may have a difficult time staying
bonded together, as the optimum surface adhesion occurs to a
"roughed up" surface, not a smooth nonporous surface

The manufacturing and wear-resistance techniques employed surpass
that of any available on the market today. These break through
manufacturing techniques allow the Dual Liners Multi-piece
sidewalls to snap in place and follow perfectly the contour of the
trucks sheet metal. There are a lot of bed liners on the market
today for trucks but the Dual Liner truck bed liner is truly unique
in it's own way it uses many different features to make up the best
looking bed liner on the market today. The 5 piece design makes for
a perfect fit every time, with streamline looks. The fact that we
use a UV treated plastic keeps the Dual Liner truck bed liner from
cracking or chipping.

When driving down the road you don't expect to encounter a full
size plastic bed liner in the middle of the road? Yet not too long
ago that’s exactly what I saw, a truck bed liner that had gone
flying out of someone's truck and was laying in the road. Likely it
was never missed until later when the bed looked a little
different. When picking out the best plastic truck bed liner for
your truck bed consider these things before making a decision.
