The main reason I'm using Zoho CRM is the ability to make the work with multiple organizations. I work full time in sales for a heating company and track all my leads in Zoho CRM, I do real estate where I also track my leads there, as well as owning a consulting company that I invoice for, as well as a separate window company that I invoice for. I noticed you can create multiple organizations in Zoho Invoice but is there any possible way to sync more that one Zoho Invoice organization with my Zoho CRM simultaneously?

Thanks for the reply, but I have no idea what you are saying.  I am not a power user, and everything I have done to date is to simply create a field and then manually fill it in later.  I do not know about scripts or copying and pasting computer language.  Is there just a simple way to force the new column to add the current date when added or modified ?

Just ignore the error message, and click in the "+Create account"...
It works...simple.
I can send and receive messages, so, it works...

It is maybe a bug from Thunderbird.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and suggestions. Those are really welcome and we would like to appreciate your time on this. We could understand the importance of the email for CRM system and that was the reason for providing the Outlook plug-in and Mail add-on in Zoho CRM. Apart from this, we also planning to give following items.

i) BCC email concept to associate the email to CRM records from your email client.
ii) To increase the no of emails sent from CRM system per day, we would provide the external SMTP configuration.
iii) Having the tighter integration between the Campaign service.

Now, we started working for the BCC email concept. We could be in a position to give the status update about development in another 45 days time. Please bear with us in the meantime.

@pgodinho,

Please use the incoming server hostname as imap.zoho.com instead of just .zoho.com and similarly use smtp.zoho.com for outgoing.

Specify the respective port numbers for incoming and outgoing as given in this help page. Under the SSL drop down, SSL/TLS option should be selected and Authentication type should be Normal Password.

If you still face any issue, send us a screen shot of the new settings entered and the error message to support (at) zohomail (dot) com.
