So why is this "burning issue" for some, but not a question to all others? Unique medical condition? Luck? Let's analyze. . . From my experience, there are 2 kinds of people. They really "get". The other type of people I meet people who pass through only part of the articles that I post on the lookout for more exercises, in addition to those they already have money on the Internet. These people tend to "do little to improve none" in their vision. Now, I am firmly convinced that if you really "get", you are obliged to succeed. If I understand correctly, they imply that when we become masters "in a start, we leave no chance to fail. You see, the "Masters" who run the world, while the rest of us comes to our lazy nature, and only the bare minimum, while awaiting the results of the maxim that little effort we put in.. . Where we work diligently, not smart, which means that we are doing the right thing, if frustrated, trying harder, because new, more annoyed, and finally, to abandon altogether. And it * * where is the problem. But enough of this philosophy. . . I can now try to analyze why some of you do not see any improvement in your vision while you think you need so that you can hope to identify some of your mistakes and correct them. Have you got the part that say that the eye exercises do not work alone? They are only part of a much larger puzzle, and work in combination with other things. Are you using this powerful tool to achieve your goals? Do you imagine what you want? Do you think you can do, or do you think "no way will work," before starting anything? If you do, then you do not have this part. Go back and rethink carefully, because it is terribly important to your success. Health. Do you know that there is a direct link between what you eat and how you generally feel that day? Eat healthy, try to achieve 40% of all the meals you have made of vegetables. Avoid artificial, inorganic controls your daily diet. lifestyle. - Health is yours? What are your average day like? Spend time outside every day. Practice of many muscles in your body you can think of your day. How do you work intensively with your view? Do it too softly, and you can see the results slowly. There should be a balance. Maintaining good mental conditions in the day. - The straight back, keeping a smile on your face, a feeling of. Maybe you thought of this "is not so important, and you are not paying enough attention to this part? It is important. . So there's a process behind the sight naturally improving your orders, and therefore it is important to follow a pleasant during the restoration of your vision, not only do eye exercises, on and off, between work.
