I'm partially disabled & live in NY.My employer is threatening to fire me because I've been sick. Please help!
pIm partially disabled amp live amp work in New York. Its a well known fact at work about my conditions. Ive been sick with pneumonia amp out of work for two weeks. My employer said I could save my job if I did a LOA. I dont feel comfortable with that, but Im not totally aware of my rights. I have terminal lung disease COPD , fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and severe depressive disorder mental health depression . I fear for my job! Ive been with this company for 13 years !!! Ive always been dedicated to this company until recently when I lost respect for them for the way they treat sick people. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!p
