Recently I stumbled onto almond butter and now I'm addicted to almond butter and jelly sandwiches! I'm told that almond butter tastes very similar to peanut butter. It's extremely convenient for me now to put together a quick snack or lunch, and now I can contemplate making almond butter cookies. I know many people are also allergic to peanut, so I highly recommend trying almond butter as an alternative (as long as you are sure you are not allergic to almonds as well).

The products are all full-sized and the presentation is perfect. I really think it's a great selection of products and I was proud to give it as a gift. I love the fact that it's not your typical gift box, with goodies that people will actually use and enjoy.
I've actually had some of of the Knott's Berry Farm jams and syrups in the past, so I am confident it's good quality too. I will come back and update at a later date after I've had feedback as to how the recipient of this gift enjoyed the food inside.
I actually plan on buying a few more, one for me and a few to keep to give as gifts. It's a gift you can feel proud to give for a great price.
Edited to add: I got feedback from the gift recipient and they said the pancake mix made the best pancakes they ever had and the preserves were delicious. The syrup was on the strong side and a little too sweet. They hadn't tried the biscuit mix yet.

The consistency is that of marshmallow cream, perhaps a bit thicker. Once your mouth gets used to the texture (no time at all!) you'll be eating it right out of the jar. (More customer reviews)This jelly is great, and very different from other natural and organic fruit spreads. This one reminds me of my grandmother's homemade jelly. She made jelly and jam, and they are very different. Jelly is transparent purple, and has a gelled texture. Jam is opaque purple, has a very intense grape flavor, and is like very thick applesauce in texture.
The other grape organic fruit spreads I have tried are jam-like. While I like this just fine, my kids prefer the jelly texture and slightly milder flavor. I say "milder," but don't mean it's not grapey. Sort of like the difference between Welch's grape juice straight, and Welch's grape juice slightly diluted by ice.
I love that Crofter's has started using Fair Trade sugar in their grape jelly. This one's a keeper.

I imagined it would be a cheap jam and that i would eat the cheesecake alone. But,yess..I was wrong. The strawberry and the creamy filling of the pie and the graham cracker crust mix together pretty well. The taste of everything combined is very good. When you first see the packet of strawberry you think to yourself..this is way to much for a small pie. It seems like a lot at first but the taste of the strawberries isn't too sweet. So the strawberry will no overpower the taste of everything else. I really reccomend this product. My neighbor tried some and raved over it. Same with my mom and girlfriend..Haha. It also makes a good vegaterian dessert. Since it does NOT included or require eggs. How great is that? It's perfect for your vegaterian friends on their birthdays or special occasions.
