(More customer reviews)I started out my travel system adventures with a different brand all together. At first sight it was great, but ended up being the most frustrating thing I owned for my son. The seat belts were a disaster in the end and the quality was shoddy at best. So, we went to our local baby retail store and talked to a sales associate. She showed us this set and we were hooked. The previous carrier car seat didn't sit well in my small car and it caused the driver and passenger to have to sit with their seats way up in the dash board and sitting board straight. The Chicco Cortina car seat fits perfectly with almost no adjustments necessary. The seat just sets in the base and locks in with ease, while the previous car seat we had was very difficult to get it to latch into its base.
The stroller folds with one hand, and stays standing upright when it's folded. Where as when I folded my previous stroller it fell to the ground. Not cool in mud, or water or even snow.
The car seat has the adjustable belt strap right in the front so you can easily change the straps to fit a snow suit or not. My previous seat required us to take the baby out and spend 30 minutes trying to get the straps out of the seat and then re-thread them EVERY time we wanted to switch between outfits. It was a HUGE pain.
What I don't like about this set is the seat seems a bit narrow. I had a bigger baby, so it doesn't seem as roomy side to side as the previous but, perhaps that is the safer way to be. The handle of the stroller is adjustable for different heights and that is great, but it doesn't seem real sturdy. The compartment on the bottom for the diaper bag does seem to be too small. It is nice that you can access that compartment even when the seat is all the way in the horizontal position without waking the baby, but I wish it had more space. I also find this stroller to be SUPER light and easy to maneuver. It steers with one finger almost. And I find it to be super light when hefting it in and out of my car.
Overall... I am very very happy with this product and how much easier it is then previous purchases.

The cost of three packages of 24 charms was $21.51. They were really lightweight. The cost of shipping was $13.47. The packages could have been sent in a regular 5 x 7 enveloped with no problem.

The main complaints I saw listed were 1) it's heavy and 2) it's hard to get to the storage below - and I have to say both are correct. I'm 5'11 and in pretty good shape and I find this stroller extremely heavy. But then it's not like you carry it around, so overall I don't find this a huge drawback. I would say if you're a small person and you're trying to get this into and out of a car trunk you might have some trouble. As for the storage basket, it's next to impossible to get into. If you're putting individual items in it's not too bad, but there's no way I can get my diaper bag into it (and since the handle has a tag that specifically says "do not hang anything from handle" you're stuck carrying it). But otherwise this stroller is a dream. It's VERY easy to steer, fits through doors easily, folds up SO easily (search you tube for a demo video, it's amazing), very comfortable for my girls to sit in (a 4 month old and 2 year old), and does have more storage on pockets behind the seat and on the handle bar that are easy to get to (still can't do anything with the diaper bag though). What sold me on this stroller was how easy it is to fold, and now that I have it in person I love it even more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

(More customer reviews)We've been using this travel system for six months, and overall, we're happy with it.
The pros:
* It's very plush, and our son seems comfortable. He started using the system at 6 pounds and is now at 18, and it has fit him very well throughout.
* Although the extra bases aren't available in most stores, you can order one directly from Dorel.
* The stroller is easy to use, and it manuevers incredibly well for a large stroller.
* It's very ergonomic; we don't have to bend or strain to push the stroller, the diaper bag fits over the handle, and we all get our cupholders.
* The storage basket under the stroller is huge.
* The stroller has a very deep recline.
* It's stylin'.
The cons:
* It's pretty heavy and bulky. I can get the car seat in and out each day, but it's not the easiest. Even when our son was small, the seat seemed very, very heavy. And the stroller, even when folded, takes up a big chunk of real estate in the back of our SUV.
* The car seat straps are a bugger to adjust. I haven't done this myself, but my husband HATES them. He loves almost everything else about the travel system, but hates rethreading those straps.
* It's difficult to get things in and out of the storage basket, regardless of whether the baby is even in the stroller.
In hindsight, we might still purchase this system again. But we'd do our research to see if another car seat would be easier to deal with.

Better than Bugaboo, Peg Perego, MacLaren, not just BETTER, the BEST. It is safe and secure for your little one - nice and "cozy wozy." The 360 degree spin feature makes getting in and out of the car a breeze and the one handed collapsible stroller feature makes life so much easier. As any parent can attest, the little things make such a difference, they make life so much easier, and the people at Orbit know this - they designed this stroller with babies and parents-using-one-hand-most-of-the-time, in mind.
I know it's pricey, but it is worth it. (More customer reviews)I have enjoyed my bugaboo cameleon. However, recently -- almost 2 years after purchasing this expensive product -- the brake broke. Customer service was impossible to reach. I was left on hold and then dropped. My email went unanswered.
I visited the retailer I'd purchased it from in hopes they could somehow help me. They explained that the (cheap) plastic gear that should hold the wheel in place when parked had cracked. They told me to order the part and they'd put it on for me. Again no luck contacting Bugaboo customer service to get this part. I asked the retailer to try to contact them for me. They eventually reached someone who said they would replace the whole chassis. I waited for it to arrive. Two weeks later though, I received a phone call instead from someone high up in customer service.
The representative told me they had not processed the chassis replacement since I barely? if at all? fell under the 2 year warranty. They also told me that they did NOT SELL any replacement parts (I had never asked for a whole product replacement -- I had originally just wanted to purchase a new plastic gear or even a new entire brake system to install)! I was shocked! The representative repeatedly stressed that Bubagoo had never advertised this stroller as "unbreakable". I thought it was a strange response. I countered that they also had never advertised the stroller as "unfixable" either and that it was crazy they would sell something this expensive but not sell or otherwise provide replacement parts for its repairs.
In my case, they apparently are going to send me the replacement chassis (we'll see if it actually ever arrives) but have basically warned me I am on my own if it happens again. .. . I wanted other purchasers to know about this because I am sure I'm not the only person to have problems with my brake -- it always felt poorly designed -- or other customer service issues on this product. 2 years is obviously not enough life to get out of a stroller that is this expensive!

Here in Texas it gets pretty hot in the summer and I am hoping this will help cool the bottles a little longer. I don't think this material will keep anything cool very long, but maybe a little longer than without it. The little bear is cute, but he does not hold on as a handle the way you see in the picture. It is just a thin strip of Velcro - so the bear comes off anytime you touch it.

We eliminated all purfume and dye related items and love that these wipes clean well and are gentle, all-natural and eco-friendly. They have just the right amount of moisture - enough to wipe away the mess, but not so much that his bum is left wet (which, as we all know - wetness is the culprit for diaper rash)...so it's perfect for him. After we use wipes, we blot him with a soft tissue to leave him dry. But, every baby has a unique Ph skin balance, so you have to find what works for you. These worked great for us.

My daughter leaks through every other diaper and Huggies overnights don't come in sizes 6 or7. We have been using these from BJs for almost a year and they are great.
