Here are some few tips on what to avoid when you have a fatty liver. 1. Alcohol - it is best that you avoid alcohol intake, which will only worsen your liver condition. As the liver cannot tolerate alcohol because it is already damaged. It can also be one of the reasons why you are suffering from fatty liver. 2. Avoid oily foods - enough of the fast foods already, they are not healthy and they contain a lot of oil which your liver cannot work with when you already have a fatty liver. Just imagine how much oil they use to make French fries? Or what kind of oil do they use when making a burger? If you should have fast food choose a healthy meal which you know contains less oil or vegetable oil. Coconut oil or palm oil has a high content of saturated fat which is not good for fatty livers. Olive oil is recommended when you want fry foods, it is more expensive but it also tastes better. 3. Meat - for meat lovers it can be hard to avoid eating meat, especially red meat. But this is highly advisable that you try as much as you can to eat red meat, red meat has toxic substances and can cause high blood pressure. It is highly advisable that you avoid red meat when you have a fatty liver, because as the excess fats in your system can't be resolved properly due to fatty liver it can cause heart attack. 4. Avoid sweets - one of the hardest things to avoid for most people, but too much sugar can also be dangerous when you have fatty liver, as sugar is also high in calories, which will cause you to gain weight and the excess fat will go to your liver. 5. Dairy foods - dairy foods are also not good for fatty liver, if you like to eat yoghurts there are lots of stores which sell yoghurts with only 2 % milk content. These are the few things that you need to avoid when you have a fatty liver, it also indicates in many fatty liver diet plans.
