(More customer

outfits. Nicely sized, comfortable weight, feels built to last.
1 1/2 years later ........
As two people found my first review unhelpful, I thought I should
re-visit my review. My review is indeed
too succinct and not very informative, so here's a few more
details. A number of watches later, it still remains
a great go to watch that will work with any outfit. The dial
numbers and swiss army insignia are slightly
raised giving the dial some dimensionality. There is also a muted
spider web design on the face which
adds a certain upscale look. The link bracelet band is very
comfortable and, along with the body of the
watch, very nicely polished. The size falls very nicely between
smaller traditional watches and the current
trend of oversize watches. My only complaint would be that the
second hand doesn't hit the second
markers, but it's helping me learn to cope with my OCD. A really
nice watch that belies its price.

(More customer

to not damage a dressier watch.
This is an accurate, durable and easy to program watch. The digital
area is a little smaller than I would like, but it's my eyes not
the watch.
The solunar aspect is great - lets me know when I should be
catching fish (even when I'm not) and as a bonus it gives you
another excuse to use if you don't catch any ("No none today - the
moon wasn't right") ;-)

get the chronograph hour and minute counters to zero following the
instructions. I returned the watch as the lack of easy return to
zero renders the watch difficult to use for timing. The bracelet
was excellent, however and easy to adjust.

this particular brand, i do own a Planet Ocean 2200.50.00 which has
the DOUBLE ANTI GLARE ( anti glare on inside and outside of crystal
). The watch looks great, no complaints about that.
Take note before you buy any of these watches from Omega that have
the Double anti glare. THEY SCRATCH EASILY !! Mine scratched after
2 months and Omega will not warranty it. In fact, if you go to
their website, they don't even have a customer service number and
it states this:
"Due to the considerable interest shown in the OMEGA brand, our
staff is answering an unprecedented number of inquiries. Therefore,
you should expect a response time of at least four weeks. We thank
you for your patience and understanding." ONLY THROUGH EMAIL
I feel that after spending $4000 on a watch, that they should
replace it or at least re-imburse the cost. They do not and will
not, so you are stuck with a scratched watch.
Save your bucks and get a ROLEX or Tag. Customer service on these
Omega's are NILL !

(More customer

Had to download the manual (one page) from the Casio website
because you need a microscope to read the manual that comes with
the watch. It was trivial to remove links for a proper fit but you
may need to bring the watch to a jeweler. After several days of
normal use indoors the watch reached a full charge and has stayed
fully charged ever since. I never try to charge the watch by
placing it in the light since there is no need. The watch has
automatic power saving features when it is not worn but quickly
wakes up again when picked up. The face illumination is legible and
effective. I would only wish that this watch could be produced with
about half the thickness as it is very bulky and has a tendency to
bump up against nearby objects. Even with this occasional bumping
and scraping there are still no marks on the watch after a month of
wear. The crystal is protected from damage by being recessed below
the outer rim of the watch. I am pleased.

(More customer
reviews)What you need to know when buying this
watch:
It is exactly as advertised - a beautiful timepiece. Only negative:
the brushed stainless steel on the band does scratch easily.
When I ordered the watch I chose the super saver option for
shipping. FYI, Amazon will send it overnight anyway and still not
charge for shipping. I'm guessing if I had asked for overnight it
would have cost me, but by selecting super saver I still got
overnight for free. They want to be able to track such an expensive
item I'm guessing.
Final thought: you are purchasing an authentic TAG Heuer watch.
However, you won't get the documentation/warranty from TAG Heuer
like you would with buying it from a dealer. I needed to get my
band adjusted and when I called a TAG dealer I got a lot of
attitude and was told "even though it is an authentic TAG, we will
not touch that watch or any TAG sold over the internet from an
unauthorized dealer." (Apparently, TAG has not given their blessing
to any internet sales. Probably to protect their dealers). However,
there are plenty of jewelers that will take care of you, should you
need it and Amazon does provide a warranty through a third
party.
In the end, save $700 and buy it from Amazon.

very beautiful and different watch from others.
When I put this watch on my hand I can feel it is very light
because it is build in ceramic.
The principal material of this watch is Ceramic.
Ceramic is a very resistant and strong material, I can say it with
property because I crash my watch with some strong material and it
don't have any mark.
If you see it, you can note that this watch is shining and it makes
an impression on your hand.
Like I said in the title is just amazing

(More customer

Japanese Seiko SKX779. These watches are identical and are the only
ones worthy of being called The Black Monster. Only 45mm across the
bezel, this Seiko is not a big bling watch like an Invicta Russian
Diver or any other watch that is close to 55mm in bezel size.
But the Seiko's bezel thickness gives it heft and it looks good on
my 8-inch wrists. Another thing I like about the look is that it's
not too extravagant but it's muscular and classic and I know I'll
want to wear it for many years to come.
This is an automatic watch with no winding option so you have to
wear it to keep it ticking (or buy an expensive watch winder).
Another plus about this watch: Great lume, which means you can
easily read the dial in a dark environment.
I found mine for $186 and made sure from the seller that I got the
more valued Japanese movement, not the one from Malaysia or
Singapore.
I love this watch for dress or casual. Highly recommended. If you
want a slightly bigger version of a Seiko diver automatic with a
winding option, you might check out the "Frankenzilla," the Seiko
SKZ253, about $200-$250 depending on sales.
Update: Since writing this review, Amazon has featured the orange
version, the Seiko Orange Monster. Same watch. I have both, but I
prefer the look of the black one, especially when seen in
person.

(More customer
reviews)Besides having a superb orange color, this watch
looked great until the sweat and grime were just too much. This
watch travelled the eastern hemisphere with me. It survived a
khamsin in Sudan (lots of sand dust), a ride down the Nile (we
spent a bit of time in the water), a tumble down a Vietnamese
hillside (good mud), and really, really, really cold nights in
Mongolia. The watch did a better job of surviving travel than I
did... for 2 years. At 22 months after purchase the crown was
pulled out to adjust for yet another time zone and would not go
back in. The watch is now stuck at 10.22. It needed a new battery
at 21 months of age, so should run for quite some time. If the
watch worked for more than 2 years, I would give it 5 stars. If it
hadn't survived such rough conditions traveling, it would only get
3 stars for such a short life.
I have purchased another one to try for the next series of travel
thru Central and South America and will update that watch's travels
and travails.

(More customer
reviews)First off, i have this watch but the version i
have is a limited edition one, and there were only 999 made. But
essentially this is it, so i figured i would drop a review of this
incredible timepiece.
now that i think about it..incredible might be an
understatement...
This watch keeps perfect time i have had it for over 2 years now
and have had to make only the adjustments when i travel from one
time zone to another (which has only been 3 times total in 2
years)
the pure chunk of solid stainless steel is VERY precision cut..and
im NOT joking when i say you could file your fingernail on the side
of the case where it is deeply engraved "Chase Durer"
the Rotational bezel is VERY tight and each click of it has a
precision feel and is not loose at all.
the sapphire crystal is what of course is to be expected in such a
watch,..not much to comment on that.
the band is very nice and beautiful two toned. beefy and heavy, i
like that in a watch.
I will warn you ..this watch is heavy i don't think i have ever
worn a watch so heavy. But its a "comfortable" kind of heavy
the crown screws in, BUT ALSO so do the 2 function buttons..
If you have the money you wont regret the watch, every time i wear
it, people turn their head and check it out. and a few times people
have asked me about it.
I wear it on stage when performing live all the time. I have
performed the house of blues a few times and each time i wore my
best clothes and jewelry , the Chase Durer comes with me each
time..and is proudly worn.
Yes, this watch has made me a Fanboy, and im not ashamed =)

(More customer
reviews)First of all, this is a BIG WATCH. I'm used to
large dials, and personally I prefer them for visibility. But as
many people will already know, Invicta has a reputation for
extremely chunky watches, and if that is what you are expecting,
this one will not let you down.
If you are not aware of Invicta's reputation, and think that this
watch looks like an Omega, then check the size guide - THIS WATCH
IS REALLY BIG! :-)With that out of the way, this is a great watch
for $149. Solid, well made, nicely detailed. I'm proud to wear
it.
First, the box. And what a box! Lurid yellow cardboard
(logo-embossed) and inside a matching yellow leather box containing
the watch. Once you get over the color shock, it's pretty
impressive for an inexpensive watch.
On to the watch. It's big, as I said. It's pretty simple compared
to other models. Your basic analog dial with second hand, date
window and a large magnification bubble. This is OK, but does mean
you have to view the date at exactly 90 degrees or you'll get
distortion. Unlike chronometer watches, the dial is simple and
relatively uncluttered.
An additional hand (in red if you look closely at the picture) is
intended to be set to GMT. It is a 24 hour, hour-hand only (no
minute hand for the GMT), but of course the minute hand would
always read the same as the main minute hand, so no problem
there.
The manual is useless - other people have complained about the
generic Invicta manuals and I'd agree. In this case it's not an
issue because there are no stopwatch or chronometer functions to
complicate things anyway. Two minutes of trial and error got me
where I needed to be.
On the side of the barrel is a big, chunky "INVICTA" inscription.
Very cleanly engraved.
Big orange-red bezel for the 0.1% of people who buy this watch and
actually use the dive timer feature :-) It moved with a heavy, but
satisfying click. Not sure it could be easily turned using dive
gloves, but hey ho.
The movement is very quiet. I suppose one expects the thud of an
automatic movement, but this is quartz. So if you happen to be a
light sleeper it's not going to keep you awake at night.I've seen
criticism of the band, and they have a point. It's an odd hybrid of
chain and segments. I have thin wrists, and once the band was
sized, there's now only one segment left and so it merges into the
clasp. So I'm not complaining, but you should consider if this is
going to be an issue for you.
The clasp is solid, with a safety catch. I have thumbnails, and can
open it easily. If you do not have thumbnails for any reason - you
might want to think again!
Overall, I don't know how anyone could complain about this watch
for the price. It really looks like something three times more
expensive. (The list price is supposed to be in the $600 range, but
I assume people who set those prices must on drugs).
It's certainly reminiscent of the Omega watch that was worn by the
Apollo astronauts (never sure if that was a Seamaster or
Speedmaster, sorry I'm not a watch guru). But the Invicta is way
bigger, and I would prefer the Omega in a heartbeat. But the Omega
is 20x the price! Is it 20x better? Hmmmm. you decide!
If I had one criticism of the watch, it's that the luminous glow
does not last that long. I'm told the same thing can be true of
much more expensive watches too. I still think it's a bargain.
This is my first Invicta watch. If they made more normal sized
models I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Invicta Men's 6354 Pro Diver
Collection GMT Mesh Stainless Steel Watch
Classic styling and supreme craftsmanship define the Men's Pro
Diver Collection Mesh Stainless Steel Watch from Invicta. The
powerful stainless steel case frames an orange unidirectional bezel
with silver-tone Arabic numerals marking 20, 30, 40, and 50
minutes. With a bold, black dial that features luminous hands and
indexes, an easy-to-read, magnified date display, and a convenient
24-hour clock with orange GMT hand, this dynamic timepiece is
durable enough for diving adventures and stylish enough to
accompany everyday wear. The innovative mesh stainless steel
bracelet dances on the wrist and fastens easily and securely with a
fold-over clasp. Water resistant to 984 feet (300 meters), this
high-performance timepiece is a must-have for the confident
man.
Pro Diver Collection
Plunge into any horizon using the steadfast guidance of the Invicta
Pro Diver. Stylishly classic, internal workings are forged with
variations of either Swiss chronograph or 21-jewel automatic
movements and willingly navigate in depths up to 300 meters. Built
with confident prowess, the fortitude with which these timepieces
function makes the Pro Diver the quintessential in performance.
Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw
down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common
on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on
such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can
gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To
do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs
open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then
be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel
the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from
the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of
effort or force.

claims that the watch is water resistant up to 30 meters. Big
mistake! When I got out I had water collected inside the watch.
Luckily it was not enough to cause a short in the watch circuit
boards. I had to open the watch backside to get the water out with
a hair dryer.
Overall it is a cool looking watch but for somebody who depends on
the water resistance this is definitely a wrong buy.

legible and readable. It is a little taller than i thought it would
be but not any taller than my Fossil. There is definitely some
weight to it and does not feel cheap at all. The band has room for
adjustment for me. Probably will not fit people with large arms. I
would consider mine average.
The movement of the chronograph is beautiful! my only complaint is
that the "second hand" is used for the timer and the watch "second
hand" is one of the small dials. Other than that, this is a very
nice watch, especially for the price!

that ships them. i order it on a sunday, and i knew it wouldnt ship
till monday or tuesday. i would checked daily on its status, and it
would show nothing. i paid for it to arrive in 1-2 days, i didnt
get it till friday. i had to call wonder watches and to see what
the problem was. i called friday morning and was told there was
some glitch, understandable, and i got it later that day. when it
arrived, i was all excited, then i realized that they sent my the
wrong model. i ordered this one, te B420BBFA and i got the
B4202BBFB, but i decided to just keep it. there is a difference
between the 2. first, the subdials are silver, and second the
bracelet and bezel are made of ion plated steel. i order the
B4202BBFA because it was PVD coated, and i got ion plated instead.
by surprise, the watch i was sent was more expensive than the one i
ordered. so i'm reviewing the one i received, the B4202BBFB. great
watch with a few cons. the bezel doesnt exactly line up with the 12
hour marker, neither does the second hand of the chronograph. the
bottom subdial is where the seconds are for thee time, nothing
wrong with that, just kinda weird but dont think its broken when
you get it and notice that the big second hand isnt moving. on the
top arrow of the bezel, the luminova dot isnt centered. and the
bracelet, you can see the paint on the links when you look closely.
i might sound like i pay attention to too much detail, well i want
perfection when i buy a watch. the reason i bought this watch was
because the chase-durer special forces 1000xl udt was out of stock
till mid-september. i found that out after i got this watch. i
compare any watch to that one because it is perfection. still, this
watch is still pretty good. now i'm going to use it for its
purpose, as a sport watch.
