My whole life I have a PC user until two months ago, when my laptop Toshiba 17 'overheated and began smoking in smoke. The band, despite the fact that only about 2 1 / 2 years. It was a small investment, I paid around dollarsignr 600 and is expected to only a few years, I have at this price.
Shopping and testing of a new team, finally relented and sent more than one Mac, and I tell you, was one of the best decisions I ever made. Of course, you spend more than dollarsignr 1,000 or more, but the quality of investment. I have not frozen screens, no crashes, no viruses, and others have been. In short, everything works, and give me, you have the experience, never a PC.
Literally, it took only 10 minutes to setup Macbook. Automnatically lights and my Internet connection detected. I do not even need the encryption code, except that I've never had to deal with the computer power. Of course I was 'a little getting used to, using the touch-screen MacBook. Crocheted finger is very different than the computer. But a little practice it becomes second nature.
Snow Leopard, Safari and Mac O / S is much better than Windows Explorer 7 and Windows O / S. The less time worrying about printer settings and troubleshooting, and spend more time with the application. Moves easily stored on my music in iTunes.
Battery life and work without an electrical outlet is acceptable but not perfect. My Toshiba laptop, I have only 1 1 / 2 hours of battery life while the MacBook, I get a good 6-8 hours of battery life.
I have no qualms about the transition to Mac and do not hesitate to recommend others to buy depends on your Mac to PC and cheap. Yes, Macs for most people, expensive but a unique user experience .
