Just like you I try to save money and time where I can. I like to find the best deals on those things we use all the time and share them with you when I can. Also just like you, I try to do what I can not to add to the pollution already surrounding us by going "green" wherever I can. Spending a bit more on an item that doesn't add to the problem is worth it to me, but that doesn't mean I'm still not going to hunt for the best deal I can find! I love gardening, ...
You don't need to read another article on the importance of
exercise and why you need to make it a part of your life. We all
know that the United States has an obesity problem and we need to
get moving and change the way we eat and live or die horrible
obesity-related deaths while we watch our health insurance premiums
skyrocket.

I Don't Have Time. This is probably THE biggest reason people give
for not exercising. Yes, you're busy, your life is full of taking
care of your family, your home, your job. How about taking care of
you? I saw a great cartoon the other day that said it all for me.

We all have those days, the ones when we just don't want to work
out. There's no real reason. We're not sore, tired, stressed, short
on time, we just don't want to do it. Your bad angel is whispering
in your ear "its okay to skip a day, it wont become a habit just
this once". Your good angel is telling you "its a slippery slope.
Skip one day, then its easy to skip tomorrow and then the next
thing you know you're going back to sharing the couch with Ben and
Jerry". Don't you just want to smack your good angel every now and
then?

While you're thinking about this year's birthday presents for dad
why not get him something new and different? Birthdays come and go
every year and they remind us of another year passing and often of
things we've always wanted or meant to do. No other time, other
than New Years, makes us reflect on the activities we've wanted to
try, hobbies we've wanted to start, weight we want to lose, health
issues we need to address.

We all like to be together to celebrate family birthdays, but
sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Either you live too
far away or maybe dad is out of town or in the military. So what do
you do for birthday presents for dad when you can't be there with
him to celebrate? You still want to let him know you're thinking of
him and send him something special to celebrate.

Finding birthday presents for dad can be both a lot of fun and a
bit of a challenge. After all, what do you get for the guy who does
it all? Dads come in all shapes, sizes, tastes, hobbies, and
skills. The common denominator is that you want to find a special
gift that he will use, will give him a smile and will make his day.

What kind of a question is that? Why? Because its so bad for you.
It's a nasty habit. Yeah, yeah I hear you, but why do YOU want to
quit smoking? Without a real, personal reason that's important to
you, its not going to work. You're going to feel deprived and be a
martyr and resent giving up a habit you enjoyed. It's so much
easier to justify smoking "just one" when you feel you really
deserve it, isn't it?

If you've just stopped smoking or are getting ready to you're
probably wondering how you're going to feel after stopping smoking.
What physical changes can you expect? Will you be climbing the
walls? When will you start to feel like you've really really
stopped? You will go through some changes and it helps to know what
to expect so you can deal with it when it happens.

Trying to stop smoking cold is really tough, if by stopping "cold"
you mean tossing out your cigarettes one morning and never going
back and not using any type of smoking cessation help. It can be
done, but it has about a 95% fail rate. If by stopping "cold" you
mean tossing the smokes and never lighting up again with help from
some sort of plan, that's much much more doable.

taking steps to stop smoking. Its one of the fears that keeps
people from quitting. What good is it to have fresh breath and

without adding extra weight to the equation.

If you've made the decision to stop smoking, then you've most
likely heard of the stop smoking pill. Its not a miracle drug and
it isn't right for everyone. Some people have more of a problem
with side effects than others and for some it doesn't address their
needs.

Yeah, yeah you know you need to stop smoking and you know all those
great health reasons to stop smoking but here are some social
reasons you probably haven't thought of. Of course the major

You've made that decision. You are going to toss out the cigarettes
for good this time. You are taking steps to quit smoking and will
stick with it. First of all pat yourself on the back for taking the
first step of making the decision. No stop smoking pill or plan or
program in the world will stop you smoking if you don't make the
commitment to quit.
