am going to show you chest exercises to lose man breasts

So, what is lactic acid training?
Lactic acid training is a type of exercise, were you work out in a special way, to get your body to produce lactic acid. The reason for this, is because when this happens your body will produce more growth hormone as a result.
Now don’t worry if this sounds confusing, but believe me, it is a good thing to have higher levels of growth hormone in your body. If you have never heard of growth hormone before; it is the hormone that many celebrities reportedly buy on the black market because it is known as the youth hormone.

The hardest part at the start is the exercise selection. Because everyone has different levels of fitness. But the simplest way to start, is with push ups if you have no weights. Or alternatively you can use a barbell or dumbbells if you have access to them. I will explain how to do this workout with push ups to help explain better.
Anyway, to do an actual lactic acid workout: Start of with push ups and do as many of them as you can; you should be aiming to do more than 20 squats during your first set. Now do not panic if you cannot do 20 push ups!
Just simply use the easier version of push ups and put your knees on the ground instead of your feet. You can refer to the video below to see what I am talking about:
So, use whatever push up version you need to, to let you get around 20 reps banged out. (You can use dumbbell or barbell bench press as well don't forget).
After your first set (of around 20 reps), rest for 20 seconds (it is important to time yourself to ensure you only rest 20 seconds). Once rested for 20 seconds, start your second set of push ups for as many as you can do; rest again for 20 seconds, then do set 3 of push ups for as many as you can do. Keep doing this until you have completed 8 sets.
So to summarize: do 8 sets of push ups with 20 seconds between each set.
And there you have one of the best chest exercises to lose man breasts fast!
Now I should warn you that you will feel a slight burning sensation on your chest and upper body. Do not worry about this, because this means that the workout is working, because that is the lactic acid coming out to play.
If you do not feel a slight burning, the workout is probably too easy for you. Therefore you need to use some extra weight by doing full push ups. Or start using some weights, or whatever you feel comfortable with.
Now I have only scratch the surface here, on the sort of training you can do to get rid of man breasts. The REAL key to getting rid of your chest fat is to do a complete workout that will manipulate your hormones.

I have
been doing push ups for a year already and i still have man
boobs... i go to the gym everyday and i change my workout once
every month and do a lot of cardio but i still have my man boobs
