Home Inspector in Louisville reveals a garage door installed by Billy Bob

can't help but laugh at some of the work done around a
home. I found that the roof rafters had been butchered
simply because the installer did not know how to
correctly instal the door. http 502-648-9294 I was able
to protect the buyer by documenting this issue and
giving the buyer an opportunity to negotiate repairs. I
like to think of myself as your billfold body guard.

Louisville Home Inspector reveals improper ceramic tile installation

(low bidder) installs tile improperly. The buyer was
able to negotiate $ 3200 dollars off the price of the
house to have the tile removed and installed correctly.
The good news is that I found this problem and saved
the buyer from a huge expense. I protect buyers

Louisville Home Inspector finds gas meter installed by Billy Bob

location of the gas meter. Obstruction of the dryer
vent increases the amount of time and money to dry each
load of clothes! Bottom line the buyer was able
negotiate the relocation of the dryer vent and not to
