The first and foremost fact

The first and foremost fact to consider is that the name Lamborghini was done after the name of the originator of the firm which was Ferruccio Lamborghini. He founded the firm in year 1963 when he was only 47 years of age. The company is originally located into a small Italian village named as Sant'Agata Bolognese which is near Bologna. The founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini was an extremely victorious and unbeaten tractor manufacturer before he started manufacturing the sports vehicles. His interest into sports vehicles made him buy different high performance vehicles that mainly included Ferraris and Maseratis; on the other hand, he was never very pleased with any of the vehicles he had thus he decided to built one of his own sports car which was considered to be the best and perfect one.

Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A or Lamborghini is one of the most thrilling sports vehicle manufacturers in the entire world. Some of the latest and outstanding models by Lamborghini include; the Murcielago, the Gallardo, the Diablo and the Countach. The Lamborgini Estoque

Although it is four-door there are no compromises as it was made to compete against rivals such as the Porsche and Ferrari. The name "estoque" comes from bullfighting which is a sword that a matador wears. The new Lamborghini has a 5.2 V-10 engine and it is situated in the front which is rare, and has a trunk for luggage. Well, it is a sedan so that is consistent.

The Lamborgini Estoque has surprised the exotic car world when it let loose it's dollarsignr230,000 four-door sports car. Some onlookers at the 2008 Paris Auto show liked it and some liked it just as much as the Murcielago. At the moment, designers consider it only as a concept car but in their Italian headquarters officials are serious contemplating putting it into production. Is there a four-door Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin or Maserati?

The new model Murcielago

The new model Murcielago - 2009, but carried over from 2008 - is available as a coupe or convertible. Some disagree with a car of this caliber being available in a convertible version, but the makers of Lamborghini are veritable trendsetters; a lot of modern advancements in sports car ingenuity were made possible by Lamborghini, so they're definitely entitled to spruce things up a bit and do something a little less conventional. After all, Lamborghini was the brand to make a high-powered sport convertible a "taboo" in the first place.

Other good aspects of the ceramic include a lack of lubrication needed, they don't heat up like other materials, and the stopping ability of the brakes won't reduce or fade. Other features of the Murcielago include a glass engine cover, so that drivers can show off their engine while driving.

The all-wheel-drive (AWD)

The all-wheel-drive (AWD) Murcielago, like most from the Lamborghini line, immediately turned heads. Even though the brand is certainly Italian, the name Murcielago means "bat" (as in the animal) in Spanish. Language lessons aside, to the common person, Murcielago simply means "wow."

Although the brand has some tough competition in the new millennium, Lamborghini is still the name to aspire to for both wannabe sports car owners and manufacturers alike. With only 3,000 Murcielago's built from 2001 to 2007, Lamborghini's newest model - replacing the Diablo - become the most sought-after sports car in recent history.

The Murcielago LP640 Coupe

It is somewhat amusing to consider that Lamborghini was a little tractor company that grew to become a leader in world class supercars. In its day, Lamborghini's tractor business was producing 1000 tractors a year. Their distinctive black and white Trattori could be found all over Italy. Ferruccio Lamborghini did not like the post WWll cars that carmaker Ferrari was building. He thought they lacked the creature comforts and appointments that befitted a Grand Touring automobile. After he was snubbed when he visited the Ferrari factory, he decided to build his own cars. As they say, the rest is history.

Lamborghini Diablo. The name is pure magic. Few cars are sexier than a Lamborghini. Even the Batman drove one, the Murcielago LP640 Coupe, in the Dark Knight. The purr of the engine was unmistakable, as it tore through the streets of Gotham City. Of course, it was a convertible and, of course, Bruce Wayne had two beautiful women with him. With an exotic sports car like this, would we expect anything less?
