In his conversation with the PTI, Mr. Kapoor said that Tata Motors will be their front end partners in distribution of their car, and also mentioned that they are taking aid from Tata Motors to assess the customer feedback and demands to include the best features in the new car. If the news mentioned about Fiat and its new car in ET are to be believed, then this car won't have any resemblance to Uno, Fiat's existing small car model. Mr. Kapoor, the MD of Fiat India on his interview with ET mentioned that the new model of Fiat won't have any resemblance to the previous models and will have a competitive price too. This car will be in competition with Alto and will have a one litre engine. Since the name Uno has become generic, Fiat will be looking to look for new names for it models. The R&D of Fiat is working hard to finalise the best possible design and structure for this car so as to suit the Indian terrain and climate keeping in mind the demands of the customers.

500 smaller car

The 500 is a smaller car, with a stylish look and compact size. The car is a well-built yet sleek, almost 'cute' vehicle that is aimed at attracting drivers with an eye for style, construction and yes, even fashion. Fiat cars are hoping for the new car to integrate their brand with the American public, and is aiming at pushing an image of Italian sophistication. While I did just use the word fashion, Fiat is hoping that they will achieve more than just ephemeral popularity. The 500 coupe is an attempt by Fiat to wedge their brand name into the public consciousness, an endeavour that may prove difficult. Have you been looking for the perfect new car? Do you want European style, quality craftsmanship and a powerful vehicle all in one? Are you, like many people, not based in Italy? Guess what - Fiat's are now being sold in the US again. As a result of their partnership with Chrysler - helping them out through the global financial crisis and US car crash - Fiat cars are being distributed in American once more. Initially, Fiat will roll out the Fiat 500 coupe.
