(More customer reviews)My background: running since 1985, 8 yrs of XC, 9 marathons. I've been using HRM's for training for years and have tried Nike, Polar, Freestyle and Timex HRM's. I was intrigued by the buzz this watch was getting in some of the running and outdoors magazines, so I picked up the T4. Here are my thoughts:
1. The band looks cool, but that cool white stripe is grey and dingy two months later. It also constantly slips and requires readjustment. Nylon bands also get wet and stay wet until you take them off...a pain if you wear your watch all the time like me.
2. The crystal is not recessed/does not have a rubber buffer around it...as is typical on most running watches. This means the crystal is unprotected and the face is more scratched after two months than many of my older watches.
3. The "coach" function is neat, but it's not that much of a revelation really...probably some simple algorythm that comes up with a training progress rate based on how long you're working out at what heart rate. Good for a beginner, but nothing a serious athlete can't figure out on his/her own based on the principles of HRM training.
4. The HRM itself has been inconsistent...on my last several runs the HR reading has been way below where it should be (ie 90 when it should be at 130...) then, out of the blue, it pops up to a more reasonable reading. Then it freezes without explanation. Not something you want to deal with during an interval workout or hard run where your pace/HR matters.

5. After years of mostly Nike and Timex, it just isn't intuitive or easy to use. The menus are hard to navigate on the fly. This is my fault though, I guess I need to try harder.
6. The split display when the chrono is on is cool...you can choose between a variety of displays: calories burned, HR, time since last split, average heart rate, etc. My only beef with this is that if you stop during a split, and then restart, it shows you your time since you restarted, it doesn't keep tracking your split time. Kind of inconvenient when in the middle of an interval.
Anyway, for what it's worth, those are my thoughts. Nike remains probably the best for running features, although I've had reliability problems with Nike (short battery life and cheap bands), Timex is probably the most reliable for the bucks. I just don't think this one was worth the price tag. On race day I'll probably break out an older, more reliable HRM.

I purchased them specifically because Potty Scotty has an xs size, and I couldn't find any other reasonably priced training pants that were small enough for my son. The elastic around the legs are snug enough that they keep the leeks in, but yet now too snug as to leave marks. What I like about these pants the most is the padding. It's not overly thick or bulky, but just very dense and therefore soaks up a lot of pee.
Before purchasing these, I had gotten some Gerber training pants that were too big and therefore caused a lot of leaks. Even if the Gerber pants had fit my son correctly, I would still have preferred these Potty Scotty pants, simply because they soak up the wetness so much more.

I had a minor foot procedure done and had to wear a Band-Aid on my big toe for a couple of weeks. Something about the little fingers on the "H" band-aid that allowed it to wrap for max holding power all day, at work and walking around--even in my "elf boots". The flex fabric helped, too. It was a winning combo! It even stayed on in the shower. Yahoo! (I changed it after the shower anyway, but still--YAHOO!)
(My son calls them my elf boots. They are just closed clogs, but, whatever. . .)

(More customer reviews)This product has been most helpful. Our daughter has been a thumbsucker since in the womb and we have tried numerous other techniques to get her to quit. All of which resulted in stress and fights.
The thumbguard ended all that. She liked being able to pick the color of her band and it wasn't too much of a struggle to get on. The first night it was hard, but when we combined wearing the thumbguard with a reward sticker chart it was a breeze.
It is clear, but whenever I cut it off, I would put it in a kitchen cupboard with the bands. We never lost it and she didn't try to hide it because she wanted her special rewards (ice cream, date with daddy to Taco Bell, money for coloring books. )
I wish we would have found it before starting Kind. as I would have had her wear it all the time, but since she had started school, we have only had her wear it at night.
The only negative, I wish there would have been more bands.

I live in a 2nd floor condo and used it to cover up the stairwell and make it really dark - along w/ string strobe lights - it was great! It's pretty heavy and didn't hold up well w/ sticky holders or regular tape behind it - I ended up using shipping tape over it or rolled behind it. It's heavier than some of the other scene setters like peeling plaster or wicked wood and can be reused when finished!

Also hoped that the increased wetness sensation would speed up nighttime training. The pants worked great for one child who only wet occasionally. The pants did not work as well for the other child who was a heavy wetter. This was mentioned in the product description and was accurately represented. I am happy to have a reusable training paint and no longer need to buy disposable pants but so far no real progress on finishing up the night time potty training. No fault of the product though, it met my expectations.
Easy to use, easy to wash. A little bulky to wear - it wasn't an issue for us but may be to a child who is sensitive to that.

It's pretty comfortable but it flattens out quite a bit once it settles into place. Overall, it's so-so. We got to take a bunch of them home, but alas they eventually run out. I tried calling the hospital to find out what they used, but frankly my call was ignored, and the nurses did not know since theirs come in a clear package that is unbranded. After a ton of research, this looked to be the closest. I figured that it had to be the heavy weight one (Quickables come in multiple versions). Anyway, received this today (very quickly mind you), and compared it to the one from the hospital, and it is EXACTLY the same thing. The pattern, feel, everything matches exactly.
