State Representative Jason Holsman, D-Kansas City says he thinks his committee can come up with language that will be satisfactory to all the parties involved to move forward on the state's renewable energy policy. He spoke during a press conference in the office of Speaker of the House Steve Tilley who appointed Holsman to chair the committee looking at fixing language that has so far kept the energy policy passed by Missouri voters in 2008 from being fully implemented.
