One of the hardest parts of blogging is creating great content that
gets picked up by fellow bloggers, social networks, and aggregation
services. The blogging world is overflowing with bloggers, but
despite this concentration there's still a massive shortage of
quality blog content. Making a blog isn't just about churning out
post after post, and while there are thousands of people that can
tell you how to make a blog, very few can guide you through
creating brilliant posts and high quality content.

One of the hardest parts of gaining publicity for your blog is
ranking naturally for certain search keywords. If you've only
started your blog recently, you're likely competing alongside blogs
that have been around for years, with hundreds of entries already

It's no secret I make money by recommending and selling other
peoples products as an affiliate. I try to be as open as possible
about that fact and I actually have an "Affiliate Disclosure" page.
But I do have one strict rule. I only recommend products I have
tried out and gained something from, myself.

I only buy products and resources online when a guarantee of a
refund is offered. If there is no refund guarantee in place, I
don't buy.

I think we all procrastinate to some extent. You put off something
which you know you've got to do at some point, and which actually
you could do straightaway. You put off to try and make more
pleasant, but often end up making yourself feel stressed and guilty
instead. There are many ways you can procrastinate and some of them
masquerade as being helpful.

No matter how good you are at writing, we will all experience the
situation of "this is just not working. I've spent hours getting
nowhere." Tell yourself, everyday, how good a writer you are. You
don't have to shout it out or tell anyone. Just tell yourself. Let
the inner voice inside your head tell you how good you are at
