(More customer reviews)This is a beautiful and well made faucet, however, it is quite large! Once installed it is just over 14 inches from the counter top to the top of the arc of the faucet. Make sure you want a faucet that big for your kitchen.
I find the pull down sprayer to be a bit difficult to work with. In order to change from a stream to a spray you twist the bottom portion of the head in additon to twisting the head off to pull it down. The pull down head doesn't fully re-engage itself when you release it and it requires that you push it up and twist it to lock it into place.
The faucet swivels 360 degrees, which is nice, however it has a lot of "play" in it, meaning it swivels quickly without much pressure. It only takes a bit more than a gentle nudge and you'll find water streaming onto the counter behind the sink.
The soap dispenser is nice, but it already seems to be a slightly different "shade" of stainless color. I'm a bit concerned that it is going to discolor over time... which is something the stainless shouldn't do.
All in all, this IS a quality faucet, however there are a few practical use issues. If I needed another new faucet I probably would select something else.

(More customer reviews)After hours of internet research & multiple store visits looking at pre-rinse faucets, I finally decided to purchase this Danze faucet because (1) the few reviews I found were positive, (2) Amazon's price/incentive offer were the best I found & (3) Amazon's free shipping offer. I chose stainless steel only because chrome wouldn't have looked as nice with my countertops. Installation was easy & we've used the faucet for just over 1 month. The coil portion failed last week & we called Danze's customer service department. They were friendly and shipped the part without question; however, I did have to call back to specifically request overnight shipping (otherwise it would have been 3 days). The replacement part was easy to install & the faucet has worked perfectly since (4 days). Even with the faucet breaking within the month, I still love the faucet - it is absolutely a very good looking faucet with a nice weight & feel - and I happily use it every day. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the break. For looks & feel, 5 stars.
As of 11/27/07: Faucet has worked beautifully since the part replacement. It must have been a fluke. We love the faucet & would buy it again.

(More customer reviews)I suppose this would reduce use in some houses, but if you think that "water pause" feature means the water will stop flowing when you engage it, you won't be happy.
The package proudly highlights the Water Pause as ultimately conserving: "It can be used at any point to pause the water flow, allowing you to conserve water while you lather, shave, or shampoo".
However, in the folded up instructions (after it tells you how to install) the pause setting is explained. It claims it cuts the flow to a half gallon a minute. It seems about the same rate as the spray nozzle at our kitchen sink going hard. That is not a pause.
I talked to Water Pik and they said they would be changing the packaging. OK. They should. They are a reputable company with excellent products and the package clearly overpromises here.
Our old head is back in place. It cuts off the water MUCH more effectively without a special button. You just turn the dial and stop between spray settings.

(More customer reviews)We've been using the Emperor for about 3 months now. This is one of evolve's better shower heads, but I'm really not that impressed. While the 6" spray area is an improvement over my old 4", this one offers mostly hollow cone spray settings which are not very soothing. The spray adjuster is hard to click in place - I have to take it down to click the adjuster - you need to hold the handle tight in order to rotate the head (I'm only 5'-2"). It also bothers me that the head is a light-weight plastic - the kind that might crack if you let it hit the tile wall. The tubing is very rigid - it wedges between the wall and the holder, actually causing the shower head to rotate. It's a minor nuisance to adjust the head location each time. Water pressure is good. The automatic shut-off feature while the water is warming up is useful - you know when the water is warm when the flow stops and that saves some water. It still trickles a bit. This feature is probably not that useful unless your shower takes 5 or more minutes to warm up like ours, which is on the remote end of the house from the water heater. One problem that I hadn't expected is that when the water turns off, it immediately starts to cool off. (This could be a Texas phenomenon, since our piping is run under-slab and often uninsulated). When I re-start the shower flow even two minutes after it shut off, the water is cool and I need to wait several minutes for it to warm up again. When I consider all of these criticisms, I can't give this product the rave review I would have liked.
Update: This fell apart within 6 months - the adjustment piece snapped off. The darn thing is plastic! The manufacturer was quick to send a replacement, but the hose has crimped where my water filter attaches and it's leaking quite a bit. I'm going to keep the part that causes the flow to shut off when it heats up and buy a more durable head. This turned out to be an expensive experiment...

(More customer reviews)The bidet works great. We had a few questions when we were considering the purchase that weren't directly answered by other reviews. I'll try to provide those answers. First, we wondered how the unit mounted. We discovered that it mounts to the toilet seat, not the toilet tank. Thankfully, this is now very clear with the new photos provided in the product description. Of course this type of mounting makes perfect sense, since almost all toilet seats have the same hole spacing. The bidet bracket also allows for a few inches of adjustment in case the holes don't line up perfectly with your toilet.
The next thing to know is that the box unit on the side of the toilet does not contain a water reservoir. It simply houses the water switch. The water comes directly from the wall, through the switch, to the sprayer. That's fine, except that the water can be rather cold. My youngest son refuses to use it because of the cold. Personally, I don't find it bad at all.
The sprayer can really blast you if you turn the switch too far. For safety reasons, we ended up turning down our water inlet valve (behind the toilet), and that solved the pressure problem.
Overall, the MB110 is a great unit. But keep an eye on the price. I noticed that recently it went up by twenty dollars (to $89). You should be able to get it for under $70.
