Well, I hated Cana in this chapter in fact, I hated her since she suggested they split. Just to win the exam she screws over her teammate who helped her all this time and now probably has to fight a Purgatory alone. I expected Merdy's ability to be different but I guess that's just a little part of her magic. Looking forward to seeing the last Purgatory's magic.

Read One Piece 617 Spoiler Confirmed by My Mangastream. Nice to see Rika on the cover story, wasn't expecting her but it's a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure where the Princes are right now, but maybe they're looking for the other SHs as part of the 'ransom' deal...after all, they don't know what happened after they made the deal, like the pirates and Hodi's invasion.

(Theory) Luffy's Gear 4th will be 'Hiken'

More specifically, I think Luffy's 4th gear will be him lighting his haki on fire, like Boa Marigold.

His big move will be Hiken and it will be a combination of (Buso-shoku Haki + Gear 3rd) elephant gun and flaming haki.

It would be the perfect way for Luffy to carry on Ace's "Will of D" and giving how Luffy's mind works I can picture him coming up with it. And in the future, he can learn to do it without the matches or get Franky or Usopp to make something.

I think it will make Marco cry

It would be so awesome.
