August 23, 2010 – EXLADE, a data security company, announces the release of Cryptic Disk 3.0, a new version of its flagship product. The program is a reliable tool for data encryption intended for home computers and workstations in corporate networks.
A new version of the Exlade company encryption solution has been released - Cryptic Disk 2.8. The program providing effective tools for secure encryption and password protection of computer data has faced a few interface and functional changes, such as an alert system for version updates, an enhanced hot key management, a better-arranged presentation of disks and disk partitions on the program’s main menu and improved auto-unmount option performance.
The Exlade company has released a new version of the Cryptic Disk program – Cryptic Disk 2.7 – designed for safe encryption of data on computers. The new version has an increased reliability of working with encrypted disks, expanded functional for a user’s convenience and support of all the 64-bit operating systems.
The new Disk Password Protection version is supplemented with a function of automatic Protection Wizard startup upon the first launch. Also, the problem occurring in the process of the program's installation in the Windows Vista/2008 Server OS has been fixed.

Known bugs are fixed, the interface is improved, the protection level and the data encryption (AES 256 CBC) rate are increased in the new version.
