Many of the offers for these positions are not legitimate, or they require a start up fee, or they require that you have an internet connection as well as a land line, and a phone package that will accomodate LOTS of cold calling to long distance numbers every night. Not all of these calls will generate sales, thus will not earn income. Some of the jobs are not of this nature, but instead offer self employment packages that teach you how to run your own business. These are a creature all of their own, because they sell you a tutorial, then offer some follow up advice, and you spend the first year of your success paying for the education you received. If you have that kind of time, kudos. Then, there is the fact that we are talking about MOMS. That means there are children present. There is a reason that Bring your kid to work day is not a weekly occurence. Kids need attention. They need their mothers. And they will gladly tell whoever you are doing business with on the telephone that very fact. Or unplug your phone line. Or turn off your computer. br br Im sure there are many very successful work from home moms, but Im absolutely certain that the profession is not for me. Now, I have to go because my two year old just informed me that her diaper is not working right. I knew I was not imagining that smell.p
