These students are being selected by the Ministry of Education of Pakistan for medical studies in Bangladesh through a test conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS) Islamabad. Each year Ministry of Education (Now Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) sends 12 students to Bangladesh for medical studies. But unfortunately, the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) does not recognize their degrees and they have to appear in the PMDC's NEB Registration exam which is a lengthy process, very inconvenient and injustice to these students.
