If walking up to one girl that you do not know, is a stressful situation for you; Then it must be extremely difficult to walk up to a whole group of beautiful women you never met. The way I like to approach a group of beautiful woman is a to begin the conversation with the one that looks the most receptive, or the girl that seems to be talking the most, who is the most outgoing. This also might be the one that the most drunk. Or if you see a girl in the group that you vaguely know, this can be your doorway to getting her to introduce you to her friends. After all, you can tell her she's being rude if she doesn't introduce you to her girlfriends immediately. It's a great way to get your foot in the door. We'll thank Mystery for that one...

Now here's the really cool part, don't really pay that much attention to the girl that you're really interested in. Instead pay attention to the other girls in the group, and kind of ignore your interest. If she seems to be the center of attention, you can even joke about her to her friends like "wow, how can you stand to be around this girl, she's so obnoxious". The girls will often joke and laugh, and maybe even join in, and make fun of their friend. Now you're in the door.

At this point you can shift your attention to the girl that you were originally interested in, and now build rapport with her. By first acting like you are not interested, and then kind of noticing her, and then giving her attention is a great way to come in under the radar, and make the girl actually happy that you're talking to her. She'll feel is that she's earned something special by getting your attention.

It's absolutely vital that you engage the entire group at all times however, and every girl in the group must like you. If even one of the girls in the group is disapproving, she'll snatch the whole group from under your nose before you can blink. So be polite, and talk to all the women in the group, and keep them interested in you. Once the friends like you and accept you, getting your target to walk over the bar with you alone for a drink will not be a big deal.
