In fact I was in such dire need I emailed to see if I could upgrade my shipping to receive it more quickly and two days later I had it. The product was exactly if not better than how it appeared. It is one of the better purchases that I have ever made. Although the picture does not indicate that the play yard has a bottom, it indeed does as well as two little neat zip open doors with velcro to fold them up out of the way. The zip around top mesh is excellent when taking it outdoors and wanting to keep the puppies safe. I am thrilled with my purchase.

This is an ideal unit for those who feed their cat wet food or who have regular feeding schedules. If you have multiple cats, get one for each. If you are looking for something to leave a day's worth of dry food in -- especially in a multi-cat household -- look for a larger unit.

(More customer reviews)We have very sensitive noses when it comes to cat urine and tried MANY other products that didn't remove all the smell. Anti Icky Poo did. It has a clean, shower-fresh scent, not a perfumey type one that tries to mask odors.
We had to call the product's customer support for extra assistance, because one spot was extra stubborn. They were *very* informative and helpful. The advice they gave was to deep-treat it by first applying the solution as directed then putting a wet towel and a plastic bucket over the area to keep it working and not dry out for about a week. We did that and the smell was ABSOLUTELY gone after trying for six months previously. I am now a lifelong fan & if the problem ever occurs again, I now know exactly what to do.

(More customer reviews)This carrier is well made and has a lot of new features not found on older models, for example shoulder strap hooks, removable plastic bolts, for taking it apart, and a metal grill top that can be removed to remove the pet at the vets. The plastic bolts are less likely to rust. The only problem is the carrier handle. It should be redesigned. It's not secure. My wife was carrying a cat, when the handle came off. Lots of noise. We will only use it to carry cats to the vet, and I will figure a way to secure the handle.

(More customer reviews)Got a medium sized tag for my mini dachshund and it looks great! It's not too big, not too small (he's a 5 month old, 7 lbs mini). I was able to fit my name on the tag on the first line and my phone # on the second line. If you're looking to fit any more than that, you'll probably have to get a different tag. I think the limit is 12 character per line.
What really shines is the quality of the tag and how great it looks (it' shiny too)!
Installation/attachment might be hard if you don't have a small pair a pliers. It's only a small ring that u have to bend with a pair of pliers to attach to a collar. It's not like one of those keychain-type rings.
Customer service was also really great too. I called them up to adjust my order a couple of times and they were happy to do so.

bottom compartment - silicon cupcake liner filled with finger-food veggies, small treat fills rest of compartment.
Fold a napkin to sit on top, keep closed with included fabric band.

It is made well and is roomy enough for my little maltese without being too big. It is cute and discreet since it looks like an ordinary tote bag/ large purse. With this, I can sneak my dog into places that I normally would not be able to take him inside.
I wanted something that I could carry on my shoulder, had sides that could be unzipped for my dog to stick his head out, and had a padded chin rest. I also wanted one that had a large enough pocket for my personal items so that I did not also have to carry a purse with me.
