hello all!
Very encouraged by all the reviews/feedback here! I’m a 51 yr.
old, 6’2, 190 lbs. male and received S90 from my wife at the end
of Jan./12, who found it in a store in Pheonix, Arizona for 6.99!
I’ve lived a fitness lifestyle since my 20′s so i’ve always been
in fairly good shape and eat fairly decent. I also used to lift
weights on a regular basis about 10 years ago. When i got this
video set, I was doing mostly cardio routines on videos like
“Firm” doing a bit of boxing, and playing hockey. I had also just
picked up 2 of Jillian Michaels videos and found they kicked my
butt real good!
I must say I love the S90 system! The workouts are incredibly
challenging if one makes them so by giving as close to 100% as
possible. I have almost finished the 90 days now and have never
been in better condition. My weight is about the same but i’ve
definately increased muscle mass and definition! Tabata Inferno
and Total Body workouts really are insane and yeah, that Sally,
wow! On some rest days and on stability ball days, i would do the
J. Michaels workouts instead. Even thoh i’m finished a 90 day
cycle, i still cannot completely follow the cadence of the videos
without stopping occasionally to catch my breath/recover!
At age 51 i do need to watch my heart rate!? lol However, this
system will alwayz be challenging as all one needs to do is
first, to simply keep up, and second, to use heavier weights!
Gonna take a few days off and then begin another 90 day set. Oh,
by the way, I don’t follow the meal plan but i do use whey
proteins/muscle recovery powders in milk, water, or juices.
Stay healthy and work safe everyone….gonna be so much more fun at
the beach this summer!
My arms are sore, so yes it works
i was given one of these not long ago by a family member after
they didnt want it anymore. the rollers had started to ware down
and were making horrible marks on the actual circle itself.
so i decided to look around and found that you can buy
replacement rollers on ebay for dollarsignr20 a pair (AUS). i was
so excited and after reading the above comments thought that you
all should know that instead of buying a new machine you can just
buy new rollers
I am interested in the wave or tbow. I was wondering how much either one of these is and if I am interested in buying one how do I go about that. I live in Australia. Thanks hope to hear from you soon.
These lifts are the worst I have ever seen. such a joke they do not lift because they don’t stick enough to stay on and then they charge you a crazy amount of money for shipping. Don’t purchase them. I have thrown mine away. I should have known better.
Just bought this whole kit for dollarsignr6.99 @ Ross Department Store in Orlando Fl. I will begin soon and will post more on how it worked for me. I think for this prince is a good deal considering I seen the same kit @ Walmart for @19.99. a week ago
I ordered the shake weight and tried it out for a couple of days. I decided it wasn’t worth the money. I contacted the company and told them I wanted to return it. They sent me a return authorization and label. This was almost two months ago and they still haven’t given me my money back. If you want to try one of these things, buy one from a store so you can return it.
its useless guys.doesnot make any difference..its just an expensive worthless gadget.
Supreme 90 is better then p90x plain and simple. I bought these dvds from olympia sports got the whole set for 5 bucks unreal deal. I did the p90x dvds twice and although they were challenging supreme 90 is harder. the cardio for supreme 90 is much harder then p90x it is more geared towards HIIT training and for the price you cant beat it. I payed 130.00 for p90x and 5.00 for supreme 90, Tony horton anit got shit on this
people please, again if you want to lose fat you must do cardio
(running,swimming…)
this will only train your abs not remove the fat,yoy only will
see results of such things when you are already on a good weight
and you do it correctly, there is nothing that will remove just
bellyfat unless you go for a liposuction
