BURNING QUESTIONS
Does Diaz have enough experience to take on one of the URCC's
Veterans? (rhetorical question) in contrast Belingon, his
opponent and reigning URCC champ has 5 wins in local mma bouts, won
also in Martial combat versus Ngoo Ditty (whose name makes me
want to bust out a doo-wop song) and legend FL in HK against Joo
Nam Jin not to mention belingon has vast experience in
international Wusu Tourneys. All in all Belingon has racked up ,
eight to nine official MMA bouts , whereas Diaz has 26 official
fights on his record.
One has to ask about DIaz's losses (13) did that come at the
beginnning of his career or the tail end? is Diaz on the rise or in
his twilight? another question to ponder is who has faced more
quality opposition?
Many observers beleive that Diaz has the edge in this fight, but
more so than that the outcome could well serve as a true barometer
on the tournament itself - Has the URCC become a proving ground for
fighters? Every time a foreign fighter comes to Philippine shore's
the whole institturion is put to the test - Diaz looks set to
rock the islands on April 2 , 2011, can Belingon defend not only
the crown, but the kingdom as well???
