Interested in learning how to stop sweating armpits? No one likes
to deal with excessive sweating, not only does it make things
difficult in social situations, but it also leaves you feeling
dirty and uncomfortable. It's a challenge just to conceal the sweat
stains that appear under your arms during the work day, they stick
out like a sore thumb! So what do we have to do to cut down on our
sweating so we don't have to deal with this stuff anymore? There
are a lot of possible solutions, here are just a few:
1. Tea Made From Sage
If you want to figure out how to stop sweating armpits , sage is
something to consider. Simply buy some sage leaves and place a
tablespoon of them into a cup of boiled water. Once this has been
left to sit for 10 minutes, you want to strain this and remove the
leaves. What's left after all this is a tea which will keep you dry
for a few hours. A few people who have tried this method have been
able to cut their sweating down by 30%! One thing you need to keep
in mind though is not to drink this in excess or to brew it longer
than 10 minutes, some have found toxins can be released from the
sage leaves.
2. Wheat Grass - Delicious And Nutritious
Wheat grass is another herbal solution you can use to reduce your
sweating. Wheat grass is loaded with many types of Vitamin B, this
is it's main sweat fighting ingredient. If you're going to try
this, take a glass a day.
3. Cotton Balls and White Vinegar
If neither of those solutions were up your alley, you can try to
use white vinegar. Thankfully you won't have to drink this, all you
have to do is put some onto a cotton ball then rub that onto your
underarms. What will happen is the vinegar will work to close the
pores and keep the sweat from seeping out. As long as you don't
mind smelling like vinegar, this will work well.
These tips work, however if you have a more advanced case of
Hyperhidrosis, you may need a more powerful treatment.
