I just started Weight Watchers and today is the weigh in, and I noticed that I didn’t lose anything at all. I haven’t been exercising yet, as I just wanted to see effective WW is without the workout
what is the normal weight lost for the first week?
is it normal if I didn’t lose any weight?
does it mean I’m not doing it right?
I used to weigh 19st 11lbs and then got down to 12st 9lbs on the Cambridge Diet (less than 400 cals a day, liquids only). This diet wasn’t sustainable and when I came off it, although I made healthy choices I quickly went back up to 15st 10lbs. Having lost all that weight and then going back up to 15 has been very depressing and I now plan to start Weight Watchers but would love to know how other people experienced it…….
Thank you : )
well my dog eat weight watchers vanilla smoothie will it hurt the dog?
I’m on the weight watchers points plus program. I was quite successful 20 years ago on the old program and its way past time to get things back in order again.
I’m looking for your favorite points plus recipes or ideas that keep you going. Mine is veggie soup, low point value, large amount to keep satisfied. I also need easy ideas for treats — I’m diabetic so I’ve got to watch the sugar too.
Ideas or recipes?
I’m doing weight watchers and I’m going to dinner at Cheesecake Factory and I want to know whats low in point value that I can eat
I’m trying to slim down for a pageant and for just over all health reasons. My uncle recently got off weight watchers and he did really well so I have all the books, but I don’t know how many points I should use. He said for a girl my size I should be allowed about 18 points a day. I’m 5’1, 135 lbs (which on a short girl is over weight) and I’m 19. Will 18 work or should I do less or more?? Thanks!
Please do no answer this if you have not tried it. I want real stories, I feel like all the "success stories" on diet websites are made up. My friend and I want to go on it, but I want to hear you guys out first.
Did you lose weight?
How long did it take?
How long were you on the diet?
Did you keep it off?
and anything else.
Thank you.
