The medium are too large and the small are too small. This might be less of an issue, but the base of the earbud is metal and pretty heavy as earbuds go, so its constantly slipping out and I adjust them far too frequently and by adjust I mean that I push them back into my ears. The small ones slip out because they dont form the right seal with my ear to counteract the weight of the earbud, and the medium ones slip out because they never really seat properly, being too large.I honestly care less about the quality of sound than I care about whether people around me can hear what Im listening to. Because the earbuds dont fit properly, Im pretty sure that the sound is leaking out. Thats a problem for me. Besides, the sound quality is kind of meaningless if the earbud isnt in my ear, which it often isnt. I have used Sony earbuds in the past, as well as the ones that come standard with thekeywordSkullcandy TitankeywordbabstemplateSkullcandyTitan, 2, , 179, Electronics, 0, , babstemplate
