They have asked Nordic Staff to find candidates for the position of:
Bilingual CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ( French + Spanish and/or Italian )
The successful candidate will be managing a team of Customer Service Representatives and support a defined set of countries belonging to a region in all matters related to Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include:-
• Responsible for delivery of key KPI’s such as Lost%, Mail-backlog, Complaints handling.
• Actively engage and drive the delivery of the Customer Care vision.
• People management and development, driving monthly EAP sessions
• Represent Customer Care in Regional Management Review Meetings
• Workload management and distribution within team (including vacations and backup planning)
• Support Cross-Regional best practice sharing through leading a key cross functional process/area/technology.
Quality Specific Goals:-
• Ensure activities are aligned with our NPS goals metrics
• Engagement with rest of Customer Care Team to assist in establishing performance standards, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns immediately
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
• Fluent (written and verbally) in English French + Spanish and/or Italian
• Clear Thinker; need to be able to quickly understand customer challenges, translate the challenges into action and guide the team to a solution (Problem solver).
• Can work in a busy environment – works well in areas outside of comfort zone. Good prioritization skills.
• Communication skills; can quickly develop strong credibility with customers, sales, manager and peers.

This is an exciting entry level role in the business development team of a fast growing, online consumer entertainment business.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Scandinavian Sales Executive will play a key role to generate new business partnerships across the sports, music, theatre and media sectors. This role will focus on growth across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with generating sales leads for new business
partnerships
• Growing and managing the affiliate networks in
• Cold calling potential clients to generate leads
• Maintaining accurate records and status of each client
account
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Relationship management with existing partnerships, and ad-hoc
management of Partner-focused campaigns
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
• Fluency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent relationship building and account management

• Able to coordinate workload and work independently as well as

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

My client is a leading international consulting firm who’s UK office specialises in the energy sector.
Nordic Staff has been retained to identify potential Performance Coaches to join a worldwide management consultancy firm who have completed more than 1500 performance improvement projects over the last 25 years.
Performance Coaches are embedded within clients for periods of 18-24 months and flexible working practices, including rotation and relocation, are key to the firms consultancy methodolog which is solidly based on observing the clients teams and accompanying individuals as they perform their tasks.
This approach enables Performance Coaches to identify critical success factors that the client team requires to be successful.
JOB DUTIES AND TASKS:
* Establish relationships with the client by observing the clients’ teams and accompanying individuals as they perform their tasks.
* Assuming coaching roles which emphasize positive feedback and recognition.
* Facilitating each team members’ understanding of the “performance process” through 1:1 and team working sesssions.
* Discuss performance issues, identifying critical sucess factors and establish action plans to improve performance.
* Coaching client leaders to understand that their role is to set the direction and provide the resources and feedback necessary so their people can be successful.
* Apply problem solving to issues that impact the client team’s performance.
* Schedule and attend meetings to discuss individuals and / or client team objectives and progress towards the project outcome.
Key skills / experience sought:-
* MBA or ENGINEERING graduate degree
* Experience in leadiershiop delveopment and/or coaching
* Oil / Gas industry experience (off shore a strong advantage!)
* Success working with people at all levels within organisations (from “shop floor” to senior management)
* Business fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic
* Excellent command of English.
You must be flexible with regards to work location, the project you would be working on is a “2weeeks on / 2 weeks off” rota basis off-shore
Previous experience in consulting, project management, coaching or facilitation, engineering considered.
