Minute Muscle Explained
Did you get a chance to view the show on ABC about longer
lifespans?
Being typically fruitless and going on forever, the search for the
mysterious Fountain of Youth continues on, while leading
researchers have quietly settled on way to add 4 or more years onto
the average human life span. The concept is easy: Consume less.
Many Experts now say it can add years to your life, not to mention
the improved health state.
Is that true? Consume less. Live longer?
Who would have thought?
Really, can you explain? And of more concern, how come the majority
of fitness experts give advice that is different, about eating 6
small meals a day? Are they just crazy or uninformed?
Yes there is. But first let's look at why eating less can mean
living longer.
This show continued:
Caloric restrictions is currently the best known representation of
the Fountain of Youth as there is. Even scientists who are cautious
about anti-aging hype say it works, both by cutting risks for some
diseases and by allowing all body cells, somehow, to hang in there
longer.
This isn't the entire story. As is lately the case with the
mainstream media hasn't shown the whole picture.
Eating less is a bit over-simplistic. Caloric restriction is based
on "quantitative" reduction, not simply eating like a bird or
starving yourself. We all know that will never accomplish our goal.
People don't stay with it and your body will try slow it's
metabolism as it feels it is in a famine state and won't be burning
the fat off.
Avoiding over training whether in the gym or at home is the key.
Like everything overdoing it isn't a good thing. Training too hard
will encourage you to eat more.
