From our perspective as sales trainers, there certainly seems to be too much snobbery about the words basic and advanced, when it's applied to sales training.

What is basic sales training?

It certainly doesn't always equate to a person who's just walked through the door and is looking blank and mystified! It really means getting back to the core basics of how to sell. Pure and simple.

It would do many so called advanced salespeople the world of good to get back to basics and get some basic sales training under their belt. It would probably skyrocket their earnings.
