Jon Gosselin has adamantly denied having an affair with Deanna Hummel (the woman he has been spotted out with on at least two occasions now) but having a “sleepover” with a female friend may be enough to put Kate over the edge.

There is a clear video of John leaving what US Weekly claims to be Deanna Hummel’s home. They also claim that it was taken at 7:30 in the morning but there’s nothing to confirm these facts.

John and Deanna both deny any type of physical relationship, although Jon has admitted to spending time with female friends and has also admitted tension in his and Kate's marriage.

So what can be made of this video footage?

Considering Jon is never seen in the video with Deanna – and considering we have no proof that Kate wasn’t sitting inside having a cup of coffee with her as well – there’s really no real proof that Jon was having an affair - yet.

If Deanna is a female friend and the two had a few drinks while catching up, he was probably being responsible for staying over as opposed to driving after a few cocktails.

Long story short, we’ll need a little more proof before we go accusing Jon of cheating on Kate.

We're pretty sure that if Jon lied to Kate about where he was that night, she'll have a few words to say about the situation. She recently addressed previous rumors by telling Entertainment Weekly that "Jon's poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of us."


But "poor judgement" and "irresponsible behavior" don't necessarily mean he's cheated on her. Until Jon or Kate speak openly about this specific situation (the video), we're calling bullshit on this rumor.

Deanna Hummel says she is sickened by the reports circulating about her relationship with Jon Gosselin.

This week, she came forward to say she's just friends with the star of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus Eight. Now Hummel, 23, is fighting back against her brother Jason and his claims that she really is having a fling with the married father of twin daughters and sextuplets.

"My brother is making this all up," Hummel tells PEOPLE. "He has no credibility ... I can't even stomach the lies he's saying about me."

Hummel continues to deny any sort of romantic relationship with Gosselin, and the elementary school teacher admits that there's been bad blood between her and her brother for a while now. "My brother is very shady," says Hummel. "He has no job. He has a criminal background. He was charged for drug distribution. He's on probation right now."

And though the siblings live together, she says she was in the process of buying their home – and asking him to move out. "He wanted to get back at me ... he knows he's getting kicked out of the house."

Among what Jason Hummel, 28, claims is he overheard his sister having sex with the married reality star. A claim Hummel says "is completely crazy!"

She adds: "I'm so hurt that he put my occupation out there. He has put my job in jeopardy. I can't take my kids to recess without worrying that people will come up and harass me and the other teachers. It's not fair."
