Evergreen Business System is the latest product to be launched from Mike Filsaime (of Butterfly Marketing, PayDotCom, AffiliateDotCom fame).
This product is something that actually REALLY excites me with the potential it has.

My PERSONAL Experience
With Mike Filsaime…
Waaaay back around 2004-2005, a long time before AffiliateDotCom, I was just getting into the ‘internet marketing’ scene.
I was actually in college at the time, and had a part time job, working minimum wage, at a local sandwich bar to help pay for tuition and living expenses etc.
It had got to the point where I was spending 20-30 hours a week working, and not spending anywhere near enough time on my studies.
So, I looked to the internet in search of a better way to
generate some beer money .. uh .. I mean food money
Even back then there was a LOT of cr*p online, and nearly everywhere I turned, people were promising tens of thousands of dollars overnight.
Having tried a couple of these “opportunities” only to get burned, I was all but ready to give up.
That’s when I came across a course called “Carbon Copy Marketing” from a certain Mike Filsaime.
The Turning Point …
In this course, Mike had laid out the foundations of building a REAL business online i.e. providing a useful and valuable product/service that people actually WANT to buy.
(Even today, there are still so many people that just don’t ‘get’ that concept…)
Anyway, after going through the course, I put together my first website using a resell rights product that I purchased, and wrote a few articles to drive traffic to it.
And then… It happened.
I had made my first sale of a product online, and more importantly I had generated my first CUSTOMER (… who I made sure went into an autoresponder!)
Pretty soon, I started putting up more sites, using nothing more than re-branded resell rights products, and was making enough money that I could quit my “real” part time job.
The NEXT big milestone…
As you can imagine I pretty much bought any other product that Mike released.
However, his next big product was one that I almost didn’t get …
When Mike first released Butterfly Marketing to the world, to say that I wanted it was an understatement. But at $997 it was about 20 times more expensive than anything else I’d bought online.
I’d seen how Mike had used the software to create an empire of profitable sites, and I knew how powerful the software and concepts were … but to a newly married, 22 year old college kid, $997 was a LOT of money.
I wrestled with the decision for a while and eventually took action and bought my copy.
Boy am I glad I did
…
About 5-6 months later, I was ready to launch my first ‘Butterfly’ site to the world. I’d spent way too long on it, making sure it was as perfect as could be, but at least it was ready.
Honestly, I was probably more nervous launching that site than anything else. I had no idea what was going to happen.
In fact, when I launched it, I couldn’t even sit at the computer. I had to leave the house for a while … just in case the whole thing flopped, I couldn’t imagine sitting there with all that anticipation and expectation … what if it failed??
When I came back a few hours later, I didn’t know what to say or do.
I checked the stats, then my paypal account, then the stats again.
Could this really have happened??
…
There it was … sitting in my paypal account, over $1,000 in little over 8 hours!
My first $1,000 day!!
It was an amazing feeling and something that I’ll never forget.
The best part was that the site went on to do almost $5,000 in the first week!
Since then, those simple little ‘Butterfly’ sites have made me $1,000 days SEVERAL times over, and my best day with one was over $3,000.
In fact, my last year in college, I made over $100,000 (while studying full time) using the strategies that I learned from Mike Filsaime.
Fast Forward …
Today, I work for myself full time online. I have a beautiful wife and an amazing 2 year old son, who I get to spend all of my days with.
I don’t have a boss to tell me what to do.
I don’t have to get up at 6am … well, unless my son comes jumping
in on the bed
I don’t have to commute 2-3 hours a day in traffic.
I’m fortunate to have the lifestyle I always wanted. And while I had to work damn hard to get here, and take massive action, I couldn’t have done it without the right ‘blueprint’ to follow.
So why this loooong post?
By now you can probably tell that I’m a bit of a fan of Mike Filsaime. His strategies have made me a ton of money.
There are plenty of people who will bash him online, but the fact is that the guy knows how to make money online (and a LOT of it).
More importantly, he knows how to TEACH it in a way anyone can follow.
He’s releasing his AffiliateDotCom 2.0 course on May 10th and I’ll be one of the first in line to get it. It’s not a cheap product, but it’s an INVESTMENT in my business.
