Using PPC with VRE?
It's oil and water, right? I mean, really, who mixes the purchase
of pay per click advertising with virtual real estate sites? It
doesn't make any sense.
VRE is built with a primary goal of securing free search engine
traffic. Sites aren't built with PPC in mind. And PPC costs money.
The idea behind VRE is to create long-lasting value sites that will
naturally attract free traffic.
PPC and VRE. Oil and water. Maybe.
What if you ran the numbers on your VRE site and learned that it's
worth dollarsignr.12 per visitor to you. What if you took a look at
Adwords and discovered that you could buy hits on highly relevant
keywords for dollarsignr.06 per visitor.
Would it be worth seeing how that oil and water worked
together?
It would certainly seem worth running a small campaign to test the
waters. The PPC traffic might not boast the same value and search
traffic, but then again... Who knows.
If those numbers held true and you paid enough to get an extra 50
visitors per day, your little chunk of VRE would bring home more
than an extra dollarsignr1,000 per year.
VRE isn't designed for PPC, but sometimes things do line up the
right way and it can be profitable. It's always worth running the
numbers.

We at www.xsiteprodesigns.net know how hard it is to get new and
unique templates so we have made a special offer that you can't
refuse :)
It pays to be unique. No, we’re not talking about the desirability
of a crazy haircut or a series of interesting quirks. Instead,
we’re referring to unique content, a hallmark of the most
successful virtual real estate projects.
Don’t worry. This isn’t another attempt to scare the heck out of
you with exaggerated stories about the way Google will beat you to
a pulp over duplicate content. That’s not the point. You can
actually use some previously-published content to your advantage as
you build your VRE.

Drip, Drip, Drip… The Value of Consistent Content
Do you know what search engines like? They like content. Search
engine spiders can’t resist sinking their teeth into juicy, fresh,
new content. And their appetites know no limits. The more content,
the happier they seem to be.
And if there’s one thing they love more than finding that first
heaping helping of content on a piece of virtual real estate, it’s
realizing that they can come back for more any time. Google, Yahoo
and MSN absolutely adore sites that regularly add new content.
That’s why it makes sense to drip feed your website. That means
setting up a mechanism that will automatically add preloaded
content onto your site at predefined intervals. That’s easy to do
with many content management systems and those with “old school”
leanings can even do it manually.
The important thing isn’t how it’s done. The important thing is
that it is done. If you can make it so your site grows at a steady
pace, putting new content into play on a regular basis, you can
expect a great deal of love and attention from your friends at the
search engines. That, of course, means more traffic. More traffic,
more money. Drip. Drip. Drip.
