I saw this cool film on DVD on the weekend, it's called "What the Bleep Do We Know!?". It's similar to the movie "The Secret" in that its kind of a self-help or personal growth type of film. "What the Bleep Do We Know!?" challenges us to think about the infinite possibilities of the universe and not to live self limiting lives.

If you loved the movie "The Secret", I think you'll love this film; it's well worth watching.

Thanks for reading.

If you are trying to burn some of those extra pounds and just can't seem to get anywhere, then you should take a look at the following article:

Seven Tips On How You Can Lose Weight:
"Weight loss is more complicated than most people realize. For example, if you eat less calories than your body burns up, you should lose weight. But you could be burning muscle, not fat, and that's definitely not what you want."

This just might help.

How to Use Simple Tag and Ping Marketing Techniques

The following article by Titus Hoskins is one of the very best I've read about the Tag and Ping Internet Marketing technique. Head on over to the link/title to read the whole article.

If you're just heard the phrase 'Tag and Ping' and scratching your head in puzzlement --- this article may be worth your time. Not that Tag and Ping is some magic marketing formula that will deliver untold riches. It won't.

It is just one more marketing tool professional online marketers are using to give their site or sites a competitive edge over their competition. It will help put your site on the Internet map and if done right, Tag and Ping will deliver plenty of very targeted traffic to your sales pages. It will boost your rankings and increase your sales.

QUEBEC -- A major fire broke out near a Canadian landmark Friday night consuming the historic Quebec City armoury overlooking the Plains of Abraham.

The fire started just after 9:30 p.m. and quickly spread, according chief firefighter Daniel Wagner.

"It's a huge blazing fire that can be seen from almost everywhere in the city," he said.

No one was inside the building when the fire started, Wagner added.

More than 100 firefighters were called on the site and less than an hour after the fire started, huge parts of the building, known in French as the Manege militaire, had collapsed.

Before the fire, the building, on the touristy Grande Alle leading into Vieux Quebec, formed part of one the iconic views of Canadiana. Its wooden ceiling was the largest in the country and the armoury's distinctive conical turrets had long been the feature of postcards from one of Canada's most famous military bases.

The hall had been home to the country's oldest French regiment, les Voltigeurs de Quebec Riflemen. Formed in 1862, the regiment fought against Louis Riel's Northwest Rebellion in 1885, as well as both the battles of the Somme and Ypres in the First World War.

Perched above the site the Plains - home to one of the defining battles between the English and French in pre-Canadian North America - and across from Quebec's National Assembly, the drill hall has appeared in countless photos, posters and paintings of the city. It had been home to artifacts from many of the Canadian military's engagements.

A widespread cable and Internet outage for Charter Communication customers that began this afternoon continues with some restoration in the Stateline and South Lake Tahoe areas this evening. Service in Carson City and Carson Valley is still down as of 9:30 tonight.

The outage began at around 4:30 this afternoon, with some Charter service restored at around 9 p.m. this evening in limited areas. The Nevada Appeal Web site has been affected by the outage.

According to a Charter Communication spokesman, service could be restored to the Carson City and Carson Valley areas by 2 a.m. Saturday morning.

The following release is from Charter Communications:

Please be advised that at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008, Charter Communications was advised that four service poles in the Washoe Valley area near the entrance to Washoe State Park were knocked down due to an accident involving an 18-wheel vehicle.

The affected poles provide cable television services to the Washoe Valley, Carson City, Fernley, Fallon, Minden, Gardnerville, Dayton, and South Lake Tahoe areas and have rendered those services non-operational.

At this time, all cable services including video, high speed data, and telephone are affected.

Charter Communications supervisors and technicians have been dispatched to the area and are actively working to survey the damage and begin repairs.

Due to the fact that power poles are down and live we are not allowed access to the affected area until it has been secured by the power company. Until that time, there is no estimate regarding when services will be restored.

Farrah Fawcett is the latest celebrity to have her medical records hacked into and leaked to the press.
A Los Angeles hospital has now disciplined one of its employees for accessing the star's medical records without authorisation.
"She's a very private person and she's reluctant to go public about this, let alone take legal action" - Kim Swartz
The news came just weeks after several employees were fired for taking a look at Britney Spears' files.
The 1970s Charlie's Angels actress, who is battling cancer, reported her suspicions that confidential details of her treatment were being exposed to the public.
Fawcett's lawyer, Kim Swartz, said a gossip magazine obtained and published details about a recurrence in Fawcett's cancer before she had a chance to tell family and friends.
"She's a very private person and she's reluctant to go public about this, let alone take legal action," Ms Swartz said. "She's fighting for her life."
One US newspaper reported that chiefs at the UCLA Medical Centre had sacked an employee who reviewed Fawcett's records.
But a spokeswoman for the facility would not confirm a dismissal or disclose the type of disciplinary action taken against the worker.
Doctors declared Fawcett, 61, cancer-free in February 2007, but her cancer returned a few months later.

A 16-year-old Japanese pitcher with a 104-mph fastball seemed too good to be true because he was.
Topps, the king of baseball cards, will reveal Tuesday that a player featured in its "Future Stars" series is as fictitious as Sidd Finch.
The company released several thousand cards outing Kazuo (The Uzi) Uzuki as an April Fools' Day joke.
Clay Luraschi, Topps' baseball brand manager, said the bogus card released in February was intended to celebrate the opening of the baseball season and was inspired by Sports Illustrated's notorious 1985 April Fools' article on Finch, a made-up Mets rookie.
The News tracked down the real face on the card, Sensen Lin, a 25-year-old New York University law student who isn't Japanese.
"I'm Chinese and I don't collect baseball cards," said Lin, who grew up in Maryland.
"I've never played [organized baseball]," Lin said. "I've been to like one or two Baltimore Orioles games and did more drinking than watching the games."
Lin said he was roped into the joke by a friend who works for Topps. He was given $200 to pose for the baseball card.
"I'm probably pretty sorry [at baseball] to tell you the truth," Lin said. "I've played catch with friends and I'm just no good."
Kazuo Uzuki means "first son of April" in Japanese.

LONDON, England (CNN) -- Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has been appointed by Gordon Brown to inject more style and glamour into British life -- if you believe a report in the UK's Guardian newspaper.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has charmed Gordon Brown into giving her a job, according to an April Fool's day report.

She is set to join British Prime Minister Brown's "government of all talents" and move to London for three months to take advantage of the "Carlamania" that is gripping the country.
You've probably as much chance of that happening as pigs flying, except because it's April Fool's day it's penguins not pigs (the BBC has footage compiled by former Monty Python Terry Jones).
The world's media have gleefully jumped on the April Fool's day bandwagon.
Sticking to the animal kingdom, National Geographic's latest cover features Paris Hilton as part of a "wild animal" theme. Inside, a photo of a lion is made up of dozens of images of women's bare chests, AP reported.
The Harvard Lampoon, with some help from National Geographic, are behind the prank which will be distributed with the real April edition.
