There has been quite alot of talk about the Ab Circle ProWhenever an exercise machine is so heavily advertised people immediately start to wonder whether or not it really works. I haven’t tried it myself but I have decided to do some massive digging and conducted my own research into what people have to say about this exercise machine.

All the reviews that I have found pretty much come to a toss up. Most people say they’re content with the output it allows them to have while some say that it just doesn’t burn enough fat to satisfy them Let’s see some of the good things and some of the not so good.

What’s Good?:

1. It’s fun to work out with the this machine. You can easily do so at home.

2. Massive potential to burn fat and build muscle!

3. Some people report losing weight and inches with this machine.

Again, I can’t say who the people who posted these reviews are, but I did read good testimonials.

The Downside

1. According to a few other reviews apparently the ab circle pro has a weight limit of about 300-350lbs so this machine might not be ideal for the largely overweight population
2. The included knee pads aren’t the most comfortable thing and you might require a different pair.

3. The price of the Ab Circle is over $200, a fact not everyone was aware of when they purchased the machine.

4. A few reported that the workout didn’t do it for them

I believe that the this exercise machine has its benefits and problems. It may be good for beginners but I doubt that someone who’s even semi-fit will find this machine challenging

For those looking for a new way to work out their abdominal with a hard cardio exercise machine then this is for them.

If you can find a good deal on the Ab Circle Pro I think you should definitely go for it and make the purchase. The reviews don’t like and the pro really do outweigh the cons. How can you go wrong?
