Okay so that's how many hours this week on the treadmill doing your "cardio and fat burning workouts"?____ (fill in the blank) Really, and how's that working out? Yeah I could've guessed. If you are spending more than 3-4 hours a week and not losing 1-2 pounds of fat your wasting your time.

Can you imagine the day that this doesn't happen? You look in the mirror there it is: that layer of excess belly fat that has accumulated as a result of too much of the wrong foods and not doing the right exercise to lose that excess belly fat.

As I awoke that morning on my couch the empty box of donuts on my lap and the sweet taste of sugar on my lips my thought went to the call I received from Mrs. Saggy Butt the night before. I thought about how this could be happening in my town. But more importantly what was I going to do about the loss of body fat happening in my town.

Yes I know your personal trainer says you have to spend at least an hour 4-5-6 times a week on a treadmill to lose that excess body fat. WRONG. Real results can be had in 20 -30 minute total body conditioning workouts. Look it has been scientifically proven that shorter workouts are much more effective.

It was 3a.m. I was working late, when a call came into the office. Mrs Joan Saggy Butt was frantic "you have to help me" she screamed into the phone. After getting her to calm down she explained what happened. Her body fat was missing. It was a call that I didn't want to get.

You have a busy life which leaves little time for getting in that workout you know you should be doing. You work all day then you run here and there it never ends. Gym memberships are expensive and then your on the move again anyway. Kettlebell exercise workouts are time efficient and incredibly effective. No bulky equipment needed and can be done in even the smallest apartments.
