How do you get serious muscle growth? Eat Big. To build muscle the
saying goes: To Get Big Eat Big. Serious amounts of nutrient dense
whole foods will get those muscles growing. To build muscle
obviously you need to gain weight. To do this you need to up the
amount of quality food you eat.

The number one excuse for not starting and sticking with a fat

Kettlebell training has become perhaps my favorite workouts. Why?
You get not only a total body workout for conditioning, fat loss,
lean muscle gain not to mention cardio in a very short (20 minute)
workout. I am a long time weight training guy and I still love my
weight training workouts. I just started using kettlebells about 7
months ago. kettlebell training has a whole different affect on
your body.

To burn fat you must be in a calorie deficit simple right? This
deficit is accomplished by reducing the number of calories you eat
each day or increasing your energy expenditure through exercise. To
burn fat quick a combination of both is best.

Eating clean is a matter of determination and motivation if you
want that thinner body there are certain sacrifices you must make.
I can tell you that once you get into the habit and seeing that
lean athletic body in the mirror everyday you will wonder why you
didn't do this sooner.

You are what you eat. Which explains why you look like you do. Fat
butts, thunder thighs and rolls of stomach fat, it's insane.
Whether it's sweet, salty or fatty, people just can't get enough of
it. For one thing, it's everywhere. Everywhere you turn there are
TV ads, the grocery store is full of it and don't get me started on
fast food joints.

Okay so that's how many hours this week on the treadmill doing your

and how's that working out? Yeah I could've guessed. If you are
spending more than 3-4 hours a week and not losing 1-2 pounds of
fat your wasting your time.
