While it has the word garden in the title it doesn’t have a lot to do with gardens or gardening. The destination is located in Gavelston Texas and actually owned by the town but funded by the Moody Foundation. If you visit this attraction you will likely have a great time, there are three pyramid structures that include an aquarium, a rain-forest and a science oriented pyramid. Another really cool draw that Moody gardens boasts is a landscaped beach. It includes freshwater lagoons and sandy beaches. That is not all though, you can also visit the 3D Imax theatre, a cruise boat, hotel and they have a meeting center for businesses.
