Hi, I am new to this forum and would just like to know if anyone has any idea if there will be an official release of the HTC Hero's UI on to the G1. I have heard that it will be available for all other Android and Windows Mobile phones except the G1. Please let me know. Thanks a Lot;)

Basically, this is like a Sleep feature on tv's, but for music. Many people like to sleep with Music, so this program lets you set a time for the music to stop, from 1 minute (basically for testing purposes) to 90 minutes. MusicSleep support the default Music Player, Last.fm, Imeem Mobile, Streamfurious and TuneWiki. Really simple, just set the time, open your favorite music player and go to sleep. If you would like me to support another music player, please feel free to contact the developer. Attached Images 2_main.jpg (12.4 KB) 6_notificationbar.jpg (21.5 KB)

For those of you that don't know Bedside, It is a night clock that turns off all notifications while it's opened. However, if somebody calls you, it will ring/vibrate, or whatever ring mode you had before you opened it. For example: - You set the phone to vibrate - Open Bedside - You get any notification, sms, email, other app, etc.. it wont vibrate or sound, nothing. - You get a call, it will vibrate. It has features like: - TTS (Text-to-Speech), long press anywhere on the screen, and Bedside will say the time. You can enable/disable this on the preferences. - Swipe Up/Down for Brightness Control. - Battery Status - Option not to turn off sounds (Clock Only). - Ability to Keep Screen On, or just let it off along with your Display Timeout setting (Bedside will keep running). - 24 Hours Format (TTS will say time in 24 hours as well) - Text Colors - Text Fonts (only for the time) - Subtle Background (optional since it doesn't help with Brightness) - Flashlight (on the menu, or also you can enable the Show Lightbulb option on preferences and a small lightbulb will show up on the top left corner for easy flashlight access) As you can see, this app is very customizable and useful. It's $1.49 and available in the market right now. There's a "Lite" version as well but it's missing many features that the regular version has. Hallo, I'm new in the forum, i was advised to register here in order to try and find solution to a problem my ks20 has after flashing a rom. I tried today for the first time to flash a rom in my new ks20(i bought it yesterday used with cooked rom on), i followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=369481 . When my phone tried to open, after flashing, this message came up "illegal use unavailable OTP Block".So i flashed another rom in order for the phone to open. With the new rom it opened but it had lost IMEI number and cannot connect with any phone network. I have made a nv backup with LGMDP but when i try to use LGMDP to restore it i have the same message as before "illegal use unavailable OTP Block" when the phone turns on. I tried with different roms branded and unbranded. I also tried this http://www.myphone.gr/forum/showthre...81820&page=360 I dont know what went wrong, nv backup procedure was complete, why do you think that nv backup is not good? I am ready to through the phone away:mad::mad: Maybe you can provide me a solution or another nv backup with my imei ( as i read somewhere in here) if the one i have made is not good. Thanks , waiting for your help.

Hi there, I got a huge problem with my Touch HD. :( The Display does not turn on anymore. When I turn on the phone, it vibrates and after a while I hear the HTC welcome sound, but the display does not show anything. Also when I start it in bootloader mode the display does not show anything. I still have warranty for the phone, but I used Duttys 3.9 on it. So I have to flash the original rom now using USPL. The questions are: Is it possibile to flash it without seeing anything on the display? (Should be possible I think) How can I see that the flashing worked and I have the original rom and did a hardreset succesfully? Is there a way to see that in the file system when I connect the phone with the PC using Activesync? Can I use Activesync after hardreset without configuring the WM on the phone? I really need your help now, so please help! Crusader

First of all, my compliments to all of you who keep this forum running by developing apps and sharing knowledge. Secondly, I am in need of an application which will do advanced power management on windows mobile device. It should have an ability to change state of brightness, BT, WiFi, GPS (to turn them on/off) in the given time. Does an app like this exist?

Or curropt file , I already kno its not cid unlocked and apparently no form of unlocking was done to it , But in its current state what can be done , because I've tried everything already within my knowledge One other issue is I don't kno what is the stock rom for it so I can't flash without getting invalid vendor I'd , it unbranded and just says htc , Exca100 That's what's written on d back What can be done ??? Hey guys and gals. I'm new here but I did have a few questions. Right now my G1 is giving me problems. Here is the scenario. I have loaded into my phone the OpenHome with the Aero theme, BetterCut, Font-Games font pack, and the Icon pack for Aero. Once I set OpenHome to only use 3 screens, I get a force close error. Then, if I were to shut off the phone and then restart it, it hangs on the Android screen (the new one since I already have the cupcake loaded into my phone). Has anyone had this problem? Any work arounds to fix it? I was also thinking of rooting my phone to see if that would fix my problems. Which ROM would you recomend for me to use? and what are the pros and cons for each. Not looking to the Rosie or Sense UI rom yet, but the basic Cupcake rom. Thanks
