Knowing your horses weight, at least
approximately, can be very helpful for such simple things as
calculating feed amounts and knowing how much wormer to administer.
If you don't have access to livestock scales there are other ways
to measure with reasonable accuracy. We've also included hh to cms
conversion charts here, to help you out.

NOTE: We'll be closing off our
equestrian
events calendar at the end of the year. It seems equestrian
centres no longer want free advertising for their events and due to
lack of interest it is no longer viable to commit the resources
needed to maintain the calendar. Our thanks to all those that have
