Summary: Seo Tips For Beginners
Seo for beginners using terminology you can understand.
I recently read an article from CNet titled Google snatches search
share from rivals
(http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-10127413-93.html) . The only
surprising fact was the drop in total searches. Google has had a
runaway lead in the search engine wars for quite awhile and this
lead seems to grow each month. What amazes me from an SEO viewpoint
is how many webmasters are jumping on the ever changing Google
bandwagon and completely ignoring the other search engines because
their share of the market is dropping. If most of your competitors
are optimizing for Google, don't you think that opens the door for
you to get ranked higher on Yahoo, MSN, AOL Search or Ask? Let's
put it this way and say you are in the weight loss niche where the
estimated daily search volume is about 201,000 and a huge number of
webmasters actively optimizing for that term. I don't know about
you but I think that's a lot of competition. MSN only has about
8.3...

Effective search engine marketing requires a plan you act on just
as you have a business plan to help your business. The information
I share with my members teaches the basics you need to incorporate
into your on page search engine optimization efforts. These factors
should be just one piece of your overall marketing plan. Once you
get into the practice of adding unique quality content to your
website on a regular basis, you will see the spiders from Google
and Yahoo. MSN/Live, in my experience, does not visit sites as
often regardless of how often new content is added. Google and
Yahoo seem to like the larger authority sites but MSN/Live seems to
position one page sales page sites with 300-400 words higher than
informational authority sites. Example: MSN/Live loves the pages on
this site that are geared towards acquiring new members BUT the
post with the video case study is disliked by this search engine
according to their webmaster tools. When you...

SEO Tips for Beginners teaches nothing fancy for several reasons:
Because the basics work well. Because the basics provide the
foundation on which you can build. Because the rules of SEO are
constantly evolving. You aren't ready for advanced tips that may
not fit in with your marketing plan. You must be willing to expend
a lot of time, effort or money to stay on top of the search engine
optimization game and some of that time could be utilized in other
traffic generation techniques. Have you noticed this site now has a
Google PageRank of 2? This was done using techniques I teach in the
Member's Area. If you go to Yahoo and type
links:www.seotipsforbeginners.com into the search box, a list of
the inbound links Yahoo has found will be returned. Many of these
links are from 2 Forums that I participate in on a semi-regular
basis. The Warrior Forum is geared at serving the needs of people
marketing on the Internet. I participate mostly in the copy writing
and SEO topics. When this site when live, I added a link to...

The video in this article shows the results of using the SEO tips
and techniques I teach even IF the page is a parking page until the
site has been completed. I created the page that was displayed for
2 reasons which were: Search engine spiders often crawl new domains
as soon as they become aware of them and GoDaddy (My registrar of
choice.) gets noticed and propagated in 24 hours or less in most
cases. I wanted my new domain to provide and visitor that happened
onto my new domain to know exactly what the new site will be about
so enough content was provided to make them happy. This same
content was keyword rich and search engine optimized so the spiders
could place the domain in the results where I wanted it placed.
Since this was a parking page (placeholder), NO promotion of any
kind was done. Because my temporary page had REAL content, was
optimized for ‘seo tips for beginners' it made it to the second
page of the search engine results on...
