What Is Up With All These 'Colon Cleanse' Diets?
I have been looking online at the latest diets to crop up, and lately all I've been seeing are various versions of colon-cleansing products like the 'One Flat Stomach Rule' and ColoPure. Ever time I try to research the products and procedures, I only end up reading through ads and testimonials. There doesn't seem to be any legitimate research at all! This makes me very hesitant to spend any time or money on the suggested products, because no solid evidence is provided to ensure that they really work. My question is: has anyone out there discovered any actual scientific or medical information about any of these fad diets? I've lost 48 pounds in the past year, but I've been planteauing now for several months and I would really like to get down below a size 16.
