Rahul is now facing mid career discontent

He is not sure if the position he is in is right for him. At the age of 35, he is listlessly thinking if it is possible to do anything about it, immediately.

Rahul is leading a dull life. And it is affecting his job execution and individual satisfaction.

At the work spot, Rahul has missed an advancement in rank; on the domestic front, his problem at work has even been the root of frequent quarrels within the family.

He had great career ambitions when he began his career. The aspirations have not been realized for arguments he is not able to fathom.

Unluckily, many midpros fail to make the right move, since there is a lack of direction and help past these initial steps. Luckily, once the midpro is enlightened about the solutions mentioned above and applies mid course corrections, he/ she could enjoy an intended career as well as a pleasurable personal life.
