What's The Matter With My Xbox 360?my Xbox 360 gets the 2 red rings. People say it isnt the red rings of death, because it's just overheating, but my Xbox 360 does this every 5-10 mins when i play. it gets really irrating because it costs 100 bucks for microsoft to Repair it, and i dont have enough money to go and buy a new one. I dont want to fix it myself, because im scared i mite not know how to put things back together even with the Repair kit. So what could be the matter? Is it just full of dust inside? I Need Some Xbox 360 Rrod Info/help...?I currently own an old rrod-ing Xbox 360. I WAS able to temporarily 'fix' this problem by letting it rrod for 20 minutes or so and turning it off, squeezing it by the flat sides. Don't ask me how, I saw it on YouTube. However, now it seems that this method has failed me. Whenever I turn it on, the disc drive makes either an odd clicking noise or does a quick whirring noise, and 3 seconds later the LED lights up with 3 red lights. Do these noises have something to do with this problem, or do xboxs do this with age? (btw don't know how old it is). And has anyone ordered a Repair Kit for it from Dru Cordova? Xbox 360 With 2 Red Light With Secondary Code 0013?ive got an Xbox that got the 2 red lights Ok ive bought a red light Repair Kit from llamma.com and got my Xbox up and running almost instantly but after about 5 minutes sometime less it will kick over to 2 red lights (light 1 and light 3)after about three times of it working then 2 red lighting it worked for about an hour and a half, played some games and then turned it off. now it just turns to 2 red lights everytime now. now i cant send it to MS cuz ive got a modded case and ive voided the warrenty. ive also replaced the x clamps and replaced the thermal compound and im still getting the 2 red lights any idea on what else i should do next. and please smart asses need not apply. ive asked around and every time i get some smart ass who feels that his opinion matters. ps. i need some kinda help my Xbox is just sitting here.
