Xbox 360 UPS Tracking?hi, i live in the Uk and requested a Repair because my 360 got the RROD. i got sent a UPS label, and i packaged it and UPS picked up my package on the 23rd Dec. i put the tracking Number in daily and check where it is. i live in south-east london, but my package went to charlton (west), then to barking (east of me), and then to tamworth (north, near brimingham). it should be shipping to frankfurt, germany, so isn't it going the wrong way? also, it has been at tamworth since 11pm on 23rd Dec, and hasn't moved since. what should i do?? thanks in advance thanks for the answers both of you, but do you have any explanation for why it has remained at Tamworth for 6 days now? Lost Xbox 360? Advice Please...?Hi, I sent my Xbox 360 off about a month ago or more, then a few weeks ago it was shipped back to me by Microsoft's Repair center, i followed it using the tracking Number provided but it stuck on one stage of the delivery IN-Transit. Saying in-Transit for a week i called UPS they told me that they'd launched an investigation to see what happened to the package if they cant find it they will pay me the amount, eventually i called them back now UPS say its up to Microsoft to replace unlike what they originally told me that they would reimburse me for loosing it. So after calling Microsoft AGAIN they have been useless i am still no further forward with my problem. The call center keep telling me the same things someone will contact you within 24 hours, and they dont, I call again wait 24 hours and once again they don't call back. I'm about to give up on it because the Uk call center for Xbox is awful they do not help at all and the last time i called them they disconnected me and didn't call back, plus you can barley hear them because for some reason they always sound quiet and made even worse trough there accents (as many of you will know its an Inian call center). i don't know what to do next i have spent hours on the phone with people telling me the exact same things, with nothing being done any advice would be greatly appreciated and also- Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or know someone that has?
