Diet Plan, Want To Lose Tummy! Help , Please
:)?Trying to lose weight in three weeks in a healthy way. I'm 17,
4'11 and weigh 128 I want to atleast weight 118 because of my
height, I don't think I'm fat, but I am a little overweight. I
excercise daily constantly moving around
The house
and at night I walk/jog 4 miles within a hour. My
Diet Plan is usually by 10 I eat
a piece of fruit (negative
Calorie fruits) and
water or cereal I change
The Plan
everyday. Then couple of hours ill snack on either fruit or one
boiled egg, by 6 I will have my dinner which is usually something
with veggies or fruits, I cut out rice from my
Diet months ago (I'm asian) haha . by 7:30 or 8 is
when I walk.
The problem is I still have a little
gut, and I want it to go away, I constantly move around doing
various excercise. I live in california and walk everywhere, so I
do have great legs, but just a tummy. Please help me!

there have heard that celery is a 'negative
Calorie food' because

calories your body burns is more than

of calories in
The celery (no food has actual
'negative calories'). Therefore, you burn calories simply by eating
it. Well This interested me so I went on google to find more
'negative
Calorie foods' and I found a long list
of fruits and vegetables that have 'negative calories.' I grew
skeptical because I thought about variables other than calories
such as sugars that can contribute to weight gain. I'm not planning
to go on some grapefruit
Diet or anything but I'm
going to try to eat more of
The foods I found on
The list (basically I'm eating more fruits and
vegetables). Is this as effective as

say it is or would those 'variables' such as sugar still promote

Safe Weight Loss Aid W/ Exercise And
Diet Plan?I
am about 5' 10' 168 lbs, male, age 19. I realize that this isn't
excessively overweight by typical standards but I'm trying to take
some steps towards getting into shape by shedding some body fat and
building some more muscle. For
The past month or
two I've been exercising on an average of 2-4 times per week for
about 30 minutes total each day and am trying to restrict my
caloric intake to less than 1700 per day. I am seeing some results
but I'd like to take it a step further if possible. Are there any
safe, all-natural if possible, supplements or drugs I can take that
can assist me in either burning calories, building lean muscle,
and/or reducing my appetite (I have a pretty big one at times)? I'm
well aware of

effects that commercial weight loss pills can have, but I don't
want something that will do it all more me, just an AID coupled
with my
Diet and exercise. Are there any changes I
should make in my current diet/exercise

advance! My current exercise 'plan' usually consists of me biking
3-5 miles up- and down-hill, followed by push ups, crunches, and
