sounds easy but my breathing is weird. I can run 1/4-1/2 mile and
then i start breathing in with my mouth. and when that happens my
throat starts to hurt and my muscles get all tense. i dont know how

How Can I Increase My
Muscle Strength?I am 13
years old, and I have a very high aerobic capacity, despite the 20
extra pounds I carry. My record for running a mile is
7 minutes 55 seconds on a track while i was
attending Personal Training. When they make us run the mile at
school (on what the student body refers to as 'the mountains' due
to the paths high hills and steep ditches) my record is 8:44. I
have enough stamina to carry my 140 lbs about 5 miles without
stopping, but lately, my muscles have started to contract after a
mere 300 yard sprint. I run about 3 miles every week and I do 1 to
2 hours of calesthenics on the weekend, and I eat well, not too
much junk, but on occasion (once a month), I do reward myself. I
strongly suspect that there is some vitamin or mineral out there
that I am not eating enough of, so please tell me what I should do
to further Improve my
Muscle strength and stop my
muscles from contracting so much.

How Do You Get Overweight People To Exercise And Lose Weight?My
wife wont get up and do any exercising. She says cause shes tired
from work and just comes home everynight and sits on her butt. But
her job is sitting on her butt all day ( computer job). She is not
motivated and she is getting bigger and I wanna get her interested

How Often Should You Work Out If You Want To Build Muscle?I'm
working out now 6-7 days a week doing about 45 minutes with weights
and 45 minutes cardio. I want to change up my workout to build more
muscle, I've still got a bit of fat to lose too, but not too much.
What I want to know is, when I change it up to focusing more on
weights should I still do them daily, and should I do less cardio?

Muscle Without Gaining Weight?I am
19, 5'7, 119 pounds and a girl. I am trying to gain muscle, but not
gain any weight. Getting rid of some fat would be a plus too. My
current gym routine involves an hour on the elliptical, 10 minutes
speed walking on the treadmill, 40 minutes of weight lifting and
body sculpting exercises, 10 minutes of stretching. I typically eat
about 900 to 1400 calories a day. Am I on the right track to gain

wondering if this workout plan is a good one for me to build
muscle: Day 1: Full body workout. Work all muscles. Day 2:
Elliptical Trainer for 20 minutes. Day 3: Sit ups/lifting weights
Day 4: Skipping rope for 20 minutes. Day 5: Full body workout
again. Day 6: Skipping rope for 20 minutes. Day 7: Skipping rope
